The notable proliferation was not observed by eyes in the local of injection. The infiltration of inflammation cells and mild proliferation of fibrocyte around dura mater was observed by HE stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Infiltration and exudation of inflammation cells was observed by HE stained in epidural nerve root. Compared with group A, no changes of group B, C and D were observed under specific stained. Proliferation of type Ⅱ collagen fibers around dura mater was seen under immunohistochemical stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. There is no significant demyelination changes under LFB stained. The thickness and shape of the myelin sheath in epidural nerve root was not regular under transmission electronic microscopy in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Fibroblast was also seen there. In nerve endometrium, macrophage could be seen under TEM, myelinated nerve fiber changed significantly, but nonmyelinated nerve fiber changed mildly. When 8 weeks, the changes of group D is smaller than the group B and C.

给药局部肉眼观察未见明显的纤维组织增生；HE染色可见B、C、D三组给药后四周及八周时硬膜内外均有炎细胞浸润，纤维细胞轻度增生，硬膜外神经根内有炎细胞浸润及炎性渗出；特殊染色B、C、D三组同A组相比未见有脊髓及神经根的改变；免疫组化染色，给药后四周及八周时，硬膜内外均有Ⅱ型胶原纤维增生；固兰染色B、C、D三组未见有明显脱髓鞘改变，与A组相比无明显异常改变；电镜观察B、C、D三组在给药后的四周及八周时，表现为硬膜外神经根内髓鞘厚薄不一，形状不规则，可见成纤维细胞，神经内膜中可见有巨噬细胞；粗大的有髓神经纤维变化明显，无髓神经纤维受累较轻；八周时电镜下D组改变较B、C两组为轻。

A schematic model was proposed to illustrate the occurrences of various lithologies and lithofacies associations. The erosional surfaces on siliciclastic mudstones, funnel-shaped structure, and the exhuming of massive cold-seep carbonates exposed might have been occurred concurrently during a tectonic unstable time in SW Taiwan. The deposition of fossiliferous mudstone interfingered with the conglomerate lithofacies, and represented the rapid facies transition from siliciclastic (non-carbonate) into carbonate environment.

综合岩相观察结果，建构一个符合台湾西南部更新世珊瑚礁与基底泥岩接触关系的沉积相模式；其中，基底泥岩顶部的不规则冲蚀面、充填碳酸盐胶结泥岩砾与碳酸岩烟柱的漏斗状沉积，以及块状冷泉碳酸盐岩的出露，可能均为区域地质构造活动时期所造成；至於与含化石泥岩同时沉积的砾岩相，可能均为基底泥岩在快速浅化的过程中所沉积，标志古环境由矽质碎屑快速转变为碳酸盐环境的过程。

Body weight is used as the basis for standardization to obtain ground reaction force values and impulse values. The results showed that POD activity increased at first and then decreased in the skin and flesh of root. The peak occurred at 40 d and 60 d in the skin and flesh, respectively. POD activity in the skin was higher than that in the flesh at 30 d and then contrary results were observed. The higher POD activity was, the more POD isoenzyme was. The pattern of POD isoenzymes was different between skin and flesh at different vegetative growth stages. POD isoenzymes in the skin were composed of five monomers and four dimers while five dimers or two monomers, two dimers and one tetramer in the flesh. POD isoenzymes in the root were mainly acidic. POD localized mainly in the cell walls of periderm, cambium, xylem ray, xylem vessels and primary xylem.

结果显示，心里美萝卜营养生长期肉质根的皮和肉中POD活性均先升高后降低，分别在播种后第40 d和60 d出现峰值，30 d时皮中POD活性高于肉，之后则相反，酶活性最高时同工酶数目也最多，不同时期，皮和肉中同工酶种类不同；皮中POD同工酶由5个单体和4个二聚体组成，而肉中由5个二聚体或2个单体、2个二聚体和1个四聚体组成，均以酸性同工酶为主；组化定位显示POD主要分布在肉质根的周皮、形成层、木射线、木质部导管和肉的初生木质部等的细胞壁附近。
