Deficiency which exists in view of the existing technique of production technology, in the technique of production, this article uses the extrution casting method manufacture copper alclad semifinished materials, finally uses the hot extrusion craft, this kind of technique of production enhances the product the uniformity, thickness plasticity, the union to be reliable obviously, has the productivity to be high, the material cost is low, the product conductivity is high, merits and so on electrochemistry stable property.

针对现有生产工艺技术中存在的不足之处，在生产工艺上，本文采用挤压铸造方法制作铜包铝坯料，最后采用热挤压工艺，这种生产工艺明显地提高产品的均匀性、厚度可塑性、结合可靠，具有生产率高，材料成本低、产品导电率高、电化学性能稳定等优点。然而，铜包铝母线槽排挤压技术的研究是真正意义上的以铝节铜，在节省铜资源的方面具有十分重要的意义。

The experimental results show that the mean particle size of griseofulvin precipitated by RESS is smaller than 1, 0μm, narrow distribution and 95％ fine particles is smaller than 1. 0μm. Increase of the pre-expansion pressure, the extraction temperature, the expansion chamber temperature, the spraying distance, the concentration of cosolvent and decrease of the nozzle diameter resulted in decrease of the particle size under the operating condition studied. Enhancement of the pre-expansion temperature resulted in increase of the particles size. The SEM of GF shows that the shape of original is atactic and a wide size distribution, but the microparticles obtained by RESS is reverse. Similar melting points and XRD patterns were observed for the original material and the precipitates obtained by RESS.

实验结果表明，用含夹带剂的RESS法制备的灰黄霉素微粒的平均直径在1μm左右，且分布均匀，95％微粒在1μm以下，仅用CO〓作为超临界流体制备的微粒与上述方法制备的微粒的平均直径和分布相似，只是产量太低，而用机械法制备的微粒平均直径在3μm左右且分布较宽；不同的过程参数对沉析微粒尺寸有不同的影响，预膨胀压力、膨胀室温度、溶解温度以及夹带剂浓度的提高或增大，均可使沉析微粒的直径变小；预膨胀温度提高，所得微粒的直径变大；喷射距离的增加，沉析微粒的直径变小；喷嘴直径越小，由此制得的微粒的直径就越小；根据实验结果还可知道，通过理论计算的马赫盘处微粒的直径可以较好地估计出膨胀室中收集到的微粒的直径。

ConcLusion:Our studies show that Helical Tomotherapy plans can get better dose uniformity,dose gradient and savage for cord,heart,esophagus and trachea than intensity modulated radiation therapy plans,but the V5 and V10 of the ipsolateral lung,the heterolateral lung and the total lung are higher than IMRT plans.

The results show that the optimal value of CoCl2 concentration is 0.2 mol/L and the maximum adsorbed amount is 19.674 mg/g onto this adsorbent. Meanwhile, adsorptive phosphine removal performance may be a dominant of physical adsorption when the heat of adsorption is 16-24 kJ/mol, the CoCl2-modified ACF adsorbent will be one of the candidates for tail gas purification of airtight calcium-carbide furnace and recycle of phosphine.
