By research on the concentration change and distribution of methyl bromide in the container, we found that in the first period of fumigating, the absorption of the goods to methyl bromide became quickly, so did the concentration decline of the fumigant because of leakage of the carton itself. The distribution of the fumigant is not uniform in the aclinic and vertical directions. The absorption of the goods to methyl bromide completed after 6 hours delivered the gasified fumigant and the distribution of the concentration in space got balance.

对溴甲烷在集装箱内浓度的变化与分布规律进行研究，发现熏蒸开始阶段，货物对熏蒸剂的吸附及箱体渗漏使气体浓度下降较快，且在水平和垂直方向都存在分布不均匀的现象，气化投药后6小时，货物对溴甲烷的吸附已基本完成，浓度空间分布达到平衡。

The experimental results show that the mean particle size of griseofulvin precipitated by RESS is smaller than 1, 0μm, narrow distribution and 95％ fine particles is smaller than 1. 0μm. Increase of the pre-expansion pressure, the extraction temperature, the expansion chamber temperature, the spraying distance, the concentration of cosolvent and decrease of the nozzle diameter resulted in decrease of the particle size under the operating condition studied. Enhancement of the pre-expansion temperature resulted in increase of the particles size. The SEM of GF shows that the shape of original is atactic and a wide size distribution, but the microparticles obtained by RESS is reverse. Similar melting points and XRD patterns were observed for the original material and the precipitates obtained by RESS.

实验结果表明，用含夹带剂的RESS法制备的灰黄霉素微粒的平均直径在1μm左右，且分布均匀，95％微粒在1μm以下，仅用CO〓作为超临界流体制备的微粒与上述方法制备的微粒的平均直径和分布相似，只是产量太低，而用机械法制备的微粒平均直径在3μm左右且分布较宽；不同的过程参数对沉析微粒尺寸有不同的影响，预膨胀压力、膨胀室温度、溶解温度以及夹带剂浓度的提高或增大，均可使沉析微粒的直径变小；预膨胀温度提高，所得微粒的直径变大；喷射距离的增加，沉析微粒的直径变小；喷嘴直径越小，由此制得的微粒的直径就越小；根据实验结果还可知道，通过理论计算的马赫盘处微粒的直径可以较好地估计出膨胀室中收集到的微粒的直径。

One hundred and fifteen species were identified, among which coastal eurythermic species were predominant, showing obvious characteristics of subtropical population fauna. The results showed that the average abundance of phytoplankton in Shacheng Harbour was 3113.24 ind·L-1. The abundance was higher in the inner bay than that in the outer bay in horizontal distribution. The surface abundance was a little higher, but there was no significant gradient in different water layers in vertical distribution. Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Margalef richness index, Pielou evenness index and Simpson dominance index were 2.390, 2.650, 0.726 and 0.306, respectively.

结果表明，该次调查共出现浮游植物115种，种类以沿岸广温广盐性种为主，并呈现较为明显的亚热带海湾种群区系特征，浮游植物的平均丰度为3 113.24 ind·L-1；水平分布上，呈内湾高于外湾的格局；垂直分布上，表层丰度略高，不同水层的分布梯度不明显；Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Simpson优势度指数分别为2.390、2.650、0.726、0.306。

To verify the accuracy of CFD simulations, experiments were carried out. The results of simulations with user defined function of the effects of impeller type and stirring rate on the velocity field were in good agreement with the output of particle image velocity. The oxygen mass transfer model can be used to predict the process of oxygen mass transfer in a vessel, and the logarithmical expression can successfully describe the relation between the oxygen concentration and the dissolution time.

结果表明，(1)采用Fluent软件并结合用户自定义方程(user defined function， UDF)能够很好地模拟出实际搅拌器内流场分布，模拟结果与采用粒子成像技术(particle image velocity， PIV)的实验测量结果相符；(2)采用氧气传质模型能预测氧气在搅拌器内的动态传质过程，同时氧气浓度与溶解时间的对数关系式能较好描述试验搅拌器内氧气动态传质过程；(3)在相同搅拌速度下，圆盘涡轮式搅拌器产生的湍流动能分布范围要大于桨式搅拌器产生的湍流动能，而且湍流动能分布更均匀，湍流强度更大。

In the quasi-static area, the field distribution is almost the same as the static field; in the high frequency section, many high order modes occur, but the field uniformity is relatively better, and the field distribution is mainly the vertical polarization field; in the out of the vertical polarization area, the effect of high order modes is very serious so that the field distribution lost the property of vertical polarization.

A multi-distance measurements method is employed in this paper. A single parameter fitting method and a double parameters (reduced scattering coefficient and amplitude factor) fitting method on the basis of the least square Newton fitting algorithm is used to derive the optical parameters respectively. For the finite-thickness homogenous tissue, it can be concluded that the rest terms in expressions of diffusion reflectance and transmittance for the corresponding tissue geometries that subtract the exponential term contained source-detector distance depend on the detected position weakly.
