There exists extraordinarily affluent literature of historical earthquake.Currently,we inadequately utilize macro phenomena of earthquake and isoseismal,therefore,further explore the source of historical earthquake,and emphasize the uncertainty of epicenter and magnitude of historical earthquake.Since 1970,along with the advancement of observational technique, we greatly improve seismic observational accuracy,and moderate and small seismic data recorded by instrument is more and more sufficient.

历史地震的文献资料异常丰富，但是对地震宏观现象及等震线的利用显得不足，历史地震资源还待进一步开发；而且历史地震震中位置和震级的不确定性问题需要注意。1970年以来，由于观测技术的提高，地震观测精度得到很大程度地改善，仪器记录的中小地震资料也越来越丰富。

该区异常群体具有种类的多样性、配套性，在包头6.4级地震前后有发展阶段性，虽与海城、唐山地震前确有相似之处，但也有明显不同，认为环渤海地区参与了1996年以包头地震为代表的华北整体性构造活动，该区异常与包头地震无因果或伴生关系，而是共生关系，该区目前仍存在发生5～6级或6级以上地震的危险性。

Accurate relocation of the Wenchuan earthquake sequence is obtained by using the double difference relocation algorithm from the integrated travel time data recorded at the Western Sichuan movable seismic array and the earthquake emergency response stations. This paper briefly introduced the progress in time-lapse seismic as shown from the 76th SEG annual meeting. Topics include the repeatability of time-lapse seismic, in which we discussed the effects of shooting and receiving environments on repeatability, the effects of the cable length and its positioning accuracy and stability on repeatability, and the data processing techniques to improve repeatability, new insights into time-lapse seismic, in which we described tube wave time-lapse response, spectral decomposition, and time-lapse VSP monitoring, and problems related to application of time-lapse seismic technology. The comprehensive applications of time-lapse seismic and other geophysical data were demonstrated with the real data from an oilfield. Finally, we summarized the difficulties in using time-lapse seismic and outlooked its future trend.

简要介绍了第76届SEG年会反映的时移地震技术的进展，主要内容有：时移地震的可重复性，讨论了激发、接收环境对可重复性的影响，海上拖缆长度、定位精度及排列稳定性对可重复性的影响，以及通过数据处理技术提高数据的重复性；时移地震技术的新领域，讨论了管波时移地震监测、谱分解技术和时移VSP监测等；简要分析了时移地震技术应用中应该注意的问题，并通过时移地震在某个油田的实际应用，讨论了时移地震技术与其他地球物理手段的综合应用；最后分析了时移地震技术目前存在的问题，展望了其发展趋势。
