By using of finite element analysis software ANSYS and taking the power transmission line crossing over the Pearl River as the background of research, under the condition that the viscous-damper energy dissipater and Tuned Mass Damper are arranged or not on the transmission tower, the displacement and the acceleration of the tower are compared and analyzed under the three-dimensional earthquake waves.
