Immoderate discharge of mine water not only wastes a great deal of precious water resources, but also increases the cost of per ton coal and causes some environmental problems such as ground collapsing, ground water resource loss, water quality deterioration and so on. Therefore, rational utilization of mine water as resource is the best choice of solving the water source problem of mine site and pithead power plant and the environmental problem of mine water pollution.

本文在分析彬长矿区地质及水文地质条件的基础上，分别用"大井法"和水文地质比拟法计算了亭南井田、大佛寺井田、胡家河井田和小庄井田四矿的矿井涌水量，分析四矿矿井向大唐彬长坑口电站的供水能力，并对矿井水的水质进行了评价，研究了矿井水作为电站供水水源的可行性。

In order to empolder ocean resources and instruct engineering construction, this thesis synthetically analyzed regional geology, terrain, deposit sediments, hydrology, and sediments of coral reefs, have systemically studied the mechanical characteristics of calcareous sand and coral reef through indoor tests. 1. Many factors including regional engineering geology environment, hydrodynamic environment, terrain, physiognomy have been studied to evaluate their influence to coral reef engineering. It's considered that atoll reefs and table reefs are suitable for engineering construction and the reef flat on atolls is most perfect.

为了开发海洋资源，指导珊瑚礁工程建设，本文综合分析了南沙群岛区域工程地质特征、珊瑚礁地形地貌、海洋水动力环境、沉积物特征等资料，从工程地质角度对珊瑚礁各地貌单元的工程适宜性进行了评价，对礁灰岩和钙质砂进行了室内试验分析，主要研究内容和结论如下： 1、分析了珊瑚礁的区域工程地质环境、海洋水动力条件、地形地貌特征、岩土体条件等因素对岛礁工程建设的影响，对珊瑚礁的礁体类型进行了划分，结论认为可干出的环礁和台礁比较适合各类工程建设，其中环礁的礁坪是理想的工程建设场所。

Results of estimation of effective parameters in heterogeneous show that: i Seff and Teff values evolve with time, as well as the principal directions of the transmissivity; ii Seff approaches the arithmetical mean of the field; iii Teff converges to its geometric mean at large time for the Gaussian random field we generated; and iv the averages of local T and S values within the cone of depression at early times differ from the Teff and Seff values.

研究结果在空间异质性孔隙介质有效参数的推估方法方面，显示利用传统抽水试验分析来估计有效参数时，从长时间的抽水试验分析所得的流通系数代表在抽水井有效半径内所有流通系数的某种平均值；此平均值与抽水井及观测井附近的地质有很大的关系，而且可能受到有效半径内地质异质性的影响，而储蓄系数的估计值变异很大与抽水井与观测井间地质的储蓄系数特性有关，特别是观测井的位置。
