A new process for the fabrication of the surface electrode of nuclear microbattery using lift-off process with SU8 photo resist is proposed,via use BP212 photo resist as a sacrificial layer,the SU8 photo resist in the channels was removed effectively,and the surface electrode of the nuclear microbattery was fabricated successfully.

开发了一种利用SU8胶剥离工艺制作沟槽型同位素微电池表面电极的新工艺，通过使用BP212正胶作为牺牲层，有效地解决了在制作沟槽型同位素微电池表面电极时，堆胶以及沟槽中SU8胶不易去除的难题。

In the above configured liquid crystal device 100, the liquid crystal 50 is driven at the slit-like openings 7b and therearound by using a horizontal electric field formed between the pixel electrodes 7a and the common electrode 9a.

Using of HCl solution substituting acetate buffer as analytical solution, not only would reproducibly renew the electrode surface with an electrochemical clear procedure, but also could eliminate effect of hydrolysis of bi species. 同时我们也比较系统地研究了MCMB/LiCoO〓电池的容量衰减机理、倍率放电时的限制电极及过充电过放电对电池性能、正负电极性能的影响。

The result s show that the cerium compounds consist of Ce 3/ Ce 4 and Ce 2O 3/ CeO 2 , exist in the form of particles and are excellently dist ributed on the zinc powder subst rate. The capacity-loss of the zinc elect rodes is evidently suppressed while the discharge capacity and cycle life can be markedly improved due to the application of the zinc-based composite powder as negative materials of the silver-zinc bat tery. Especially , discharge capacity of 231. 4 mAh g-1 is still achieved at the 50th cycle for the zinc elect rode using the composite powder .

结果表明：由 Ce 3/ Ce 4和 Ce 2O 3/ CeO 2组成的铈化合物以颗粒形式良好地分散在锌粉基体上，用这种锌基复合粉作为模拟锌银电池的负极材料，其锌电极的容量衰减得到明显抑制，放电容量和循环寿命得到显著提高，尤其是其锌电极在 50周期的放电容量仍可达到 231。

Aiming at solving the problem in the electrochemical oxidation of ammonia wastewater,the tin and antimony electrodes based on titanium were manufactured,the effect of different manufacturing condition to the impact of electrochemical oxidating ammonia wastewater was researched. After researching the influential factor and optimizing the manufacturing condition,the appearance analysis and the electrochemical analysis was hold on, the electroactivated character of the electrodes was studied to provide warrant to its application in the ammonia wastewater.

本论文从电化学氧化法处理含氨氮废水的问题出发，对钛基锡锑电极材料进行研制，考察了不同的制备条件对含氨氮废水的电化学氧化去除的影响，研究了各影响因素并优化了制备条件，并对其进行了表面形貌分析、电化学分析的研究，微观地研究了电极的电催化性能，为其应用于实际氨氮废水处理中提供了依据。

Based on both the strong-weak model and the strong-strong model, the instability caused by ions in equilibrium is simulated, some useful results are obtained. The results include the relation between instability growth rate and neutralization factor, the relation between instability threshold and neutralization factor, and the incoherent tune shift, the tune spread, the ion cloud distribution, the ion loss mechanism, as well as the ion accumulation limitation in the storage ring. With this understanding, we have carried out theoretical and experimental study for some ion clearing methods and their effects for the HLS ring. The minimum static clearing voltage is determined through calculating beam electric field and measuring ion current.

在上述基础上，我们对各种离子清洗的方法及清洗效果进行了理论和实验的研究：通过计算束流电场和测量清洗电极上的离子流来确定直流清洗电极所需的最小清洗电压；通过测量离子引起的频移来计算储存环的中性化系数；用模拟计算和实验测量证实了高频清洗能有效地克服储存环上离子俘获不稳定性；对由高频剔除系统形成的储存环部分束团填充模式下的离子俘获问题进行了初步研究，证实采用束团部分填充模式能在一定范围内克服离子俘获效应；并对各种离子清洗方法进行了比较。
