Synthesized researches on biotic evolution, alternation and accurate chronological dating, taphonomy of vertebrate or invertebrate fossils and elemental or isotopic geochemistry of bones of fossils and sediments, i.e., HBCNOS and COSr, could help us to well understand the biotic and environmental response to the geological events on the Earth surface system and reconstructed the palaeogeography, palaeoecologic environment and palaeoecosystem of the Late Mesozoic, North China.

陆地生物群分布、演化、更替与精确定年，脊椎无脊椎生物埋葬特征，生物演化速率、消长关系和生物群更替的形式和性质，以及脊椎动物骨骼、牙齿的常量、微量元素、H-B-C-N-O-S 和C-O-Sr等地球化学特征的研究可以恢复和重建古地理、古生态环境和古生态系统。

In this study the genetic structure of the rat-like hamster from three locations in Hebei province and the Chinese hamster, the striped field mouse, the Chinese White-bellied Rat from two locations in Shandong Province were evaluated by SNP analysis of the full sequences of mitochondrial DNA control region.

本研究通过克隆与测序线粒体控制区全序列，采用单核苷酸多态性技术对河北、北京地区大仓鼠，山东地区黑线仓鼠、黑线姬鼠与社鼠种群的遗传多态性进行了研究，探讨了不同地理大仓鼠种群，黑线仓鼠、黑线姬鼠与社鼠种群遗传结构分布的形成原因，并对其之间的序列变异水平进行分析。

Since there are some disadvantages, such as magnitudes, reference systems and difficulties in observing an asteroid during its motion in its whole orbit, etc., when the asteroid is observed simply by means of the meridian or photograph methods, a new method for observing asteroids with a lower latitude meridian circle and a CCD measuring device is proposed according to the conditions of the geographic latitude of the Yunnan Observatory which can be used to observe the whole orbit of an asteroid.

考虑到单纯用子午方法或照相方法对小行星进行观测存在着因星等、定标星系统，以及难于在小行星运行全轨道上进行观测等方面的不利因素，在本文中，根据云南天文台能观测小行星全轨道的地理纬度条件，提出利用低纬子午环与CCD测量装置相配合，并利用低纬子午环直接提供的定标星，在一个统一的基本仪器系统中，通过对小行星在全轨道上均匀分布的观测，获得高精度的小行星观测资料，以便得到更准确的星表零点改正。

Based on 18 boxes of fossil specimens collected by the author from Xiaheyan, Zhongwei, Ningxia Hui Minority Autonomous Region and some other geological and palaeontological data from both Xiaheyan and the adjacent sections in the east sector of North Qilian Mountains, the present paper studies the botanical characteristics of Middel-Late Namurian Flora in Locality Xiaheyan and represents the primary reconstruction of the Middle-Late Namurian Flora in the Northeast Qilian Mountains, also tries to make available accounts for the correlation between the different Flora provinces, and discusses the origin time of Cathaysian Flora based on the succession and the transmissibility of the plants through the whole Namurian stage.

结合自从大学三年级一直到硕士研究生阶段笔者踏勘过的北祁连山东段地区十几条石炭系剖面，以及对相关文献的整理，笔者初步分析了北祁连山东段纳缪尔中晚期植物群的垂直演化分布情况，并完成了该期全球不同植物地理区系植物群植物学性质方面的简要比较。北祁连山东段地区纳缪尔早期与中晚期植物群的遗传性与继承性，加之华夏植物群的特征分子及一些东方型地方性分子在纳缪尔早期的出现，笔者认为这些无疑为晚古生代四大植物群之一的华夏植物群的起源完成于纳缪尔初期提供了有利证据。
