我科自2000年1月至2006年12月，共治疗新生儿泪囊炎178例、230眼，疗效满足，报告分析如下。1资料和方法1.1一般资料新生儿泪囊炎患儿168例、230眼，男102例，女66例，年龄：2d~3个月，均为本院眼科门诊确诊的新生儿泪囊炎患儿。1.2治疗方法小于1个月的首次就治患儿采用按摩滴药法，治疗1~2周，每日滴药前按摩2~3min，大于1个月的患儿，如滴药治疗1~2周未见明显好转仍有流泪及分泌物者，应用药物加压冲洗泪道，采用自制不同型号尼龙管头皮静脉针头磨钝，制成直的冲洗针，常规操作，针头插入泪小管后，将尼龙管用胶布固定于头部，进行冲洗，1次/d，冲洗液用氧氟沙星加地塞米松稀释液，加压冲洗3~4次，仍然无效的，进行常规泪道探通术操作。1.3治疗标准无流泪、无分泌物、泪道冲洗畅通，反之则无效，结果168例，230眼，治愈166例，228眼，其中按摩治疗49例，冲洗86眼，探通31眼。。。

Experiments on different statistics and judging objects show that the test methods based on the two statistical distributions can make good results on test videos to different extent; but the test based on Laplace distribution is better in terms of overall performance.

针对核动力装置可能发生的故障种类多，训练样本规模大，故障诊断需要快速准确的特点等，分析了样本多和故障种类多产生的训练样本量超出DOS段大小和网络误差曲面上局部极小值多的情况，采取了使用相同格式数据文件、Win95/NT操作系统平台，对快速学习算法采用重置神经网络权值学习率和动态训练集、并采用能够有效克服网络误差曲面上局部极小点的同伦方法对学习算法进行改进等措施保证神经网络训练测试过程的快速、有效地进行；针对装置发生的故障须快速、准确诊断的需要，分析了故障的产生对装置参数变化的影响及操纵员对故障诊断的基础，在核动力装置发生故障时参数曲线的变化量与正常运行时参数曲线的变化量存在明显差异的基础上，提出采用参数曲线的变化量作为神经网络的输入，并围绕参数变化量的方法采用二次曲线拟合滤波求变化量和阈值技术来保证神经网络得到精确的装置参数变化量，从而得到准确的诊断结果。

On the basis of making a statistical analysis of experiment data ,supervisory standard and assessment method of settlement difference and settlement ratio that adopted to examine rock-filling embankment construction quantity are put forward systematically At last carrying on settlement observation tests of rock-filling embankment in different construction stage in different layer ,the dependability of assessment method is validated.
