A quick and correct forecast of tidal current when oil spill occurs is a key step in the forecast of oil spill. Based on the harmonic constant of tidal component of M2, S2, O1 and K1 in Lingshan Island, Laoshantou and Chaolian Island, and by using harmonic method, the thesis first conducts a current forecast in a single point, and then builds up a current field forecast in Jiaozhou Bay and its adjacent seas. The computed results match well with the actual situation. The method reduces greatly the time of real time current forecast by not using numerical stimulation, so it fit to the two requirements of quickness and correctness in oil spill forecast system.

迅速准确地预测出溢油发生时的潮流情况是溢油环境预测的根本保证，因此文中根据灵山岛、崂山头和朝连岛三处M2、S2，、O1和K1四个主要分潮的调和常数资料，采用调和的方法进行单点的潮流预报，进而建立了胶州湾及邻近海域的预报潮流场；该方法的潮流预报结果与实际情况吻合良好，且因避开了数值计算过程而大大减少了流场实时预报的机时，符合溢油应急预报系统所要求的准确与快速。

In sphere approximate, GPS/Gravity-BVP is Neumann problem over exterior spherical domains. Then the natural boundary reduction, suggested by Feng and Yu, is applied to deal with the three dimensional problems. By expansion in spherical harmonics, the natural integral equations of harmonic problems over exterior spherical domains are obtained. Meanwhile, a numerical method for solving geodetic BVP is developed.

The stress was the study of the new methods of calculation the harmonic voltage and the harmonic current, and a new concept of filter ratio to evaluate the actual effect of single harmonic filter was raised considering the background harmonics. As well, the calculation mode of the single harmonic filter was also given based on the concept of filter ratio; it can offer effect data to evaluate the actual filter ratio of the single harmonic filter. At the same time, a method of designing the single harmonic filter was given, too, considering the background harmonics of the power system. In this paper, both the computer analysis and the proven had been done. And the result was shown to be that the voltage aberration and the harmonic current were decreased, and that the actual filter ratio of single harmonic filter was raised. The reason that we must consider the background harmonics when designing a single harmonic filter was also expatiated in this paper.

重点研究了考虑电网背景谐波下谐波电压、电流的计算方法，提出了用滤波率来评价单调谐滤波器安装容量利用率的概念，基于滤波率，分别给出了不考虑、考虑电网背景谐波时，单调谐滤波器的计算模型，为定量分析和评价单调谐滤波器的实际补偿效果提供了依据：并以此提出了考虑电网背景谐波的单调谐滤波器计算机辅助优化设计方法，并经计算机仿真分析、论证，减少了负载母线谐波电压畸变率和注入系统的谐波电流，有效地提高了单调谐滤波器的滤波效果，阐述了单调谐滤波器的设计过程中要考虑电网背景谐波的理论和实际意义。

This paper analyses the working principle of CFG pile composite foundation and construction technology, especially focuses on the comparison with other piles in construction skills. Aiming at the geological characteristic of haugh in Zhengzhou, the theory of seepage deformation and the pore expanding were applied in the research work of CFG pile impacting the surrounding environment. Then the controlling solution was listed in the paper.
