Based on the rich dinosaur resources in Henan Province, the author has obtained some important results through the scientific study and protection research of dinosaurs and,these results can help to discover more and more complete dinosaurs and other vertebrate fossils, to promote and raises the research level on the systematic paleontology and dinosaurs in Henan Province, and thus provides important scientific data on stratigraphy, paleogeography and paleoenvironment of Mesozoic basins, which can accelerate to build protection system at all levels and geological parks, all these can bring about a great advance in environment protection, tourism economy, agriculture, industrial production and social civilization.

以河南丰富的恐龙化石资源为依托，通过对恐龙化石的调查、发掘，科学特征和保护研究，不仅可获得一批重要的科研成果，促使发现更多更完整的恐龙化石和其它脊椎动物化石，促进和提升河南省恐龙研究水平，为中新生代盆地地层学和古地理、古环境研究提供重要的科学素材，而且可促进地质遗迹保护和地质公园建设，带动生态环境保护、旅游经济等方面的发展，达到促进地区经济效益增长和社会进步之目的。

The extinction or appearance of these Ostracoda always occurred in a short time interval, and can be correlated locally and globally, so they are of importance in bioeventstratigraphy. This article listed six such biological events in Qaidam Basin and discussed their causes. The extinction of Cetacella reflected temperature decrease at global scale and changes of palaeoclimate zones during the latest Jurassic and the earliest Cretaceous; The rapid decline of Cypridea in the earliest Cretaceous may be a result of the strikes of small planets; at the latest middle-Eocene Austrocypris became extinct, and at Oligocene Hemicyprinotus disappeared. These events related to the changes of the geological conditions at that time. The explosion of Cyprideis at the middle-Miocene was because the rise of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau which resulted in the dry climate and development of salt lakes.

这些水生生物的绝灭或发生均很迅速，在区域或全球范围内均可对比，具有生物事件地层学意义：Cetacella属的绝灭可能是侏罗、白垩纪之交全球性的古气候降温和气候带变化在柴达木盆地的反映；早白垩世之后Cypridea的迅速衰退是地外因素灾变的结果；中始新世晚期的Austrocypris的绝灭、渐新世Hemicyprinotus的绝灭都与当时地质条件的改变存在著内在的联系；中中新世Cyprideis的爆发推断是青藏高原隆升，导致气候乾燥、湖水咸化的结果；而晚更新世晚期1。

Five pieces of paleogeographic maps were made out with modern stratigraphic principles and sedimantary system method. It is shown by the maps that in the beginning of the Changzhougou time the Yanshan Region was occupied by alluvial environment with paleoriver flowing northeast, in the middle of the Changzhougou time a transgression changed whole Yanshan Region into shoreline-shallow sea environment gradually, and sedimentary boundary extended so continuously that by the Gaoyuzhuang time it had overpassed far beyond the Yanshan Region.

在缺乏良好等时面的情况下，本文依据现代地层学原理和沉积体系分析法编制了常州沟组初期与中期，串岭沟组初期，大红峪组初期，及高于庄组初期燕山地区的岩相古地理图，示意了燕山地区在长城纪时由冲积扇-河流为主的陆地环境向滨海-浅海环境的演变过程，并揭示了沉积区域不断扩大的趋势，表明常州沟组初期，以蓟县-宽城为轴线发育了冲积相组，海岸线可能在燕山以北，常州沟组中期发生海侵，沉积区扩大至整个燕山地区，大红峪组时海盆范围继续扩大，高于庄组时，沉积边界已远远超出燕山地区。
