Through the survey on town site layout, building layout, grounding and adverse ground conditions, revealed six types of towns and villages based site layout form, 3 type of building layout methods, 9 grounding type and their respective characteristics of the disaster in "seven-part mountain, one-part water and two-part field" Zhejiang Province.

在前人对浙江山区农村村镇基址布局、建筑布局、接地方式与不良地基情况的调查和对有&七山一水二分田&之称的浙江省的6种村镇基址布局形式，3类建筑布局方法，9类接地类型总结的基础上，笔者着重分析了它们各自的抗灾特点。

This paper focus on the feasibility study on combination of seal and extrusion to hole formation and rammed cement soil pile, and its application on wet and sinking loessial area; gave a research method of bounds replacement rate for eliminating the wet or sinking of loessial area; and study on value access method of bearing capacity parameter for technology calculation.

结合了具体工程实践，本课题的主要研究内容：①研究挤密成孔法与夯实水泥土桩组合的可行性，及在湿陷性黄土地基中的应用；②给出使黄土湿陷性消除的界限置换率研究方法；③对采用此工艺计算承载力时参数的取值方法进行研究。

But some problems of designing including failure model of soils, the design of shape of screw piles, the computation of ultimate load for single screw pile or screw pile group, the reasonable ratio of diameter of lamina to pitch of screws or the distance of laminas were seldom researched.

但目前对于极限荷载条件下螺旋桩基础的地基破坏模式、桩型设计、单桩和群桩极限承载力的计算，以及合理的螺距与叶片直径比等问题的研究尚少，有待进一步完善。
