Archaeologists working in other parts of Eurasia have been making use of these methods for some time and it is essential that archaeological fieldwork in Mongolia keep up with developments in surrounding regions in order to provide further comparative material for general models that focus on the economic and sociopolitical foundations of nomadic pastoralism.

在欧亚大陆其他地区工作的考古学家使用这种方法已有一段时间。蒙古地区的田野考古工作要赶上周围地区的发展的步伐，才能提供更多可相对比的反映游牧社会经济和政治基础的最一般模式的资料。

Firstly, based on literature review and qualitative surveys, the modified risk factors that affecting the effect of hypertension management in the underdeveloped rural area were identified, the specific questionnaire and SIPHF were developed, and the first cross-sectional study was conducted. Secondly, the surveyed population were then divided into intervention group and control group, and periodic health education and following up were conducted to the intervention group for six months; Thirdly, the second cross-sectional study was conducted to evaluate the effect of intervention by qualitative and quantitative survey, the indicators include the knowledge awareness rate and the right belief rate for hypertension control, and the behavior prevalence related to hypertension intervention, the disease burden, the life quality and clinical outcomes resulted from hypertension, the dynamic tendency of blood pressure and the patients\' satisfaction. And the factors related to the effect of hypertension management was evaluated; Finally, SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the intervention process and effect, based on the results of qualitative and quantitative surveys on the factors related to effect of the intervention, and to provide evidence-based suggestions for SIPHF improvement and policy-making in the underdeveloped rural area in China.

首先，在文献综述和定性调查的基础上，确认影响欠发达地区农村高血压患者管理效果的因素，设计调查问卷和高血压管理方案，并开展第一次横断面调查；其次，将调查乡镇分为试验组和对照组，对试验组患者开展健康教育和定期的随访管理，对照组患者则按常规工作对待；第三，实施规范化管理6个月后，采用定量调查和定性访谈等方式评价管理效果，通过第二次横断面调查，对试验组与对照组干预前后的危险因素变化情况及干预效果进行评估，评估内容包括患者的知识、信念和行为等与高血压防治有关的危险因素指标，及其产生的疾病负担、生活质量、临床指标、血压水平变化趋势、干预组满意度等结果指标，并分析影响高血压干预效果的因素；最后，采用SWOT分析，根据定性和定量调查结果分析该类地区今后全面开展该项工作所面临的内部和外部环境因素，并为欠发达地区农村高血压规范化管理方案完善及政策制定提供循证建议。

We find that,(1) the regional market development influences CG——better institutional environment can improve CG and decrease the agency costs.(2) However, there is no influence for perquisite consumption, the reason for which is the existence of compensation regulation in our stated-owned corporate. The perquisite consumption remedies the low monetary reward and undertakes the recessive motivating effect. This is in accord with Li, Sun and Liu (2005) in which the managers' compensation contracts conform to the superior contracting theory.

经过实证检验我们发现：1、上市公司所处地区的市场化程度较高，那么公司的代理成本相对较低，从而证明了地区的市场化程度确实影响公司的治理结构，好的法律制度环境有利于上市公司治理结构的完善，降低公司的代理成本。2、地区市场化程度的高低对于上市公司经理人的在职消费没有显著的影响，这是因为我国国有企业薪酬管制的存在，在职消费作为低货币性报酬的补偿，承担着隐性激励的作用，这与李增泉、孙铮和刘凤委（working paper，2005）关于我国上市公司经理人的薪酬契约符合最优契约论的研究结论保持一致。

With the vertical time sequence results computed by the monitoring data (until Aug, 2008) from 28 GPS stations of continuous observation in Tianjin and Beijing Area, the paper analyzes the variation characteristics of vertical component of each GPS continuous stations, calculates the vertical movement velocity of GPS stations in Tianjin and Beijing Area of 2007~2008, compares with the vertical deformation velocity calculated by leveling of 2007-2008 in Capital Circle Area; Furthermore, searches GPS stations nearby the leveling route, corresponding to the first and second leveling time period, calculates the section plane of GPS route, analyzes and compares the section results of GPS and leveling of 2 time periods.

利用北京和天津地区的28个GPS连续观测站资料（资料截至2008年8月）计算得到的垂直向时序结果，分析各个GPS连续观测站垂向分量的变化特征，计算得到2007~2008年北京天津地区GPS站垂直运动速率，并与水准测量计算得到的2007~2008首都圈地区垂直形变速率进行比较；通过寻找水准测量路线附近的GPS站点，相应于水准的初测和复测时段，计算得到GPS路线剖面图，将GPS与水准2个时段的剖面结果进行对比分析。
