This paper attempts to study those typical texts in detail,on the basis of the in-depth analysis of the narrative art and techniques of the 1940's narrative poems,mainly from four aspects:the lyric narration,imagery narration, dramatic narration,"moledicized" narration,so as to explore and appraise their historical contribution,values,functions and limitations in the modem poem history.In the narrative poems in the 1940s,the technique of"lyric narration" is embodied mainly in the high degree of artistic integration of "felling" and "polt".The lyricism is fully embodied in both structure and language,and generally through two ways:the lyricism of the dramatis personae and the lyricism of relaters or poet himselfThe narrative poets in 1940s have further developed the "mood" type of narrative poems(a kind of structure model of the modem narrative poem)which was created by predecessors.

Methods First to have a clinicopathological analysis of the 50 cases of maxillofacial osteosarcoma and to observe the ultrastructure of 3 cases. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of OC、BSP、OPN、 CD1、MDM2 in 50 cases of the tumor. The results were analysed statistically among different histological types and between recured and nonrecured cases.

Based on the model calculation,an FAPP ventilation system was madein Beijing Poultry Breeding Company.Through running test and a series ofphysical and chemical characteristic measurement,the distribution of flowspeed in length,and breadth was given.The average temperatureand rel-ative humidity,the amplitude of T and RH per day of 30 days in winter,and instantaneous T and RH in 24 hours wre measured in FAPP house,com-paring house and outside,the result shew that FAPP ventilation system wassuperior to comparing house.The dust concentration and microrganism con-tent were also measured in the rearing piriod of poultry,the value in FAPPhouse was junior to comparing house.

Green fluorescent protein gene was conjugated to the 3 end of the PAP gene in order to screen easily of the transgenic cotton plants. The combined gene was cloned into plant expression vector pBI121 and then transformed. About 5000 seeds of the transgenic cotton were obtained and the some seedlings of the transgenic cotton could give a bright green fluorescence in the dark condition when the cotton seedlings were irradiated with ultraviolet rays. This result reflected that the GFP gene was expressed in the transgenic cotton; dot-blot result also demonstrated that PAP gene was exactly transformed into the cotton. The capacity of the Verticillium dahliae-resistance is being analyzed.
