This paper attempts to study those typical texts in detail,on the basis of the in-depth analysis of the narrative art and techniques of the 1940's narrative poems,mainly from four aspects:the lyric narration,imagery narration, dramatic narration,"moledicized" narration,so as to explore and appraise their historical contribution,values,functions and limitations in the modem poem history.In the narrative poems in the 1940s,the technique of"lyric narration" is embodied mainly in the high degree of artistic integration of "felling" and "polt".The lyricism is fully embodied in both structure and language,and generally through two ways:the lyricism of the dramatis personae and the lyricism of relaters or poet himselfThe narrative poets in 1940s have further developed the "mood" type of narrative poems(a kind of structure model of the modem narrative poem)which was created by predecessors.

本文试图在对有代表性的文本进行细致研读的基础上，对40年代叙事长诗的叙事艺术与策略进行深入剖析，主要从抒情化叙事、意象化叙事、戏剧化叙事、谣曲化叙事四个层面展开，以发掘、评判其在现代诗歌史上的历史贡献、价值、功能及局限等。40年代叙事长诗中的&抒情化叙事&策略主要体现于&情&与&事&的高度艺术融合，抒情形态表现在抒情结构与抒情语言方面；其抒情策略大体有两种方式：一是诗中人物的自我抒情，一是诗人自己或叙述人的抒情。40年代叙事诗人进一步发展了前人创造的&情绪型&叙事诗这种现代叙事诗的结构模式。

Methods First to have a clinicopathological analysis of the 50 cases of maxillofacial osteosarcoma and to observe the ultrastructure of 3 cases. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of OC、BSP、OPN、 CD1、MDM2 in 50 cases of the tumor. The results were analysed statistically among different histological types and between recured and nonrecured cases.

首先对50例颌面部骨肉瘤进行临床病理分析和超微结构观察，并对其OC、BSP、OPN、CD1、MDM2的表达进行免疫组化检测，对上述蛋白在不同组织学亚型、复发与无复发病例中的表达结果进行统计学分析。

Based on the model calculation,an FAPP ventilation system was madein Beijing Poultry Breeding Company.Through running test and a series ofphysical and chemical characteristic measurement,the distribution of flowspeed in length,and breadth was given.The average temperatureand rel-ative humidity,the amplitude of T and RH per day of 30 days in winter,and instantaneous T and RH in 24 hours wre measured in FAPP house,com-paring house and outside,the result shew that FAPP ventilation system wassuperior to comparing house.The dust concentration and microrganism con-tent were also measured in the rearing piriod of poultry,the value in FAPPhouse was junior to comparing house.

在模拟结果的基础上，设计了一套FAPP通风系统并在北京市种禽公司原种后备场种雏舍进行了实际运行试验和一系列的理化特性参数的测试，试验给出的正压管道式送风舍纵轴方向及横截面上气流速度的分布规律与模拟结果相吻合；通过对FAPP舍、对照舍及舍外冬季30天的逐日平均温湿度、温湿度振幅以及24小时瞬时温湿度的测试分析，显示了FAPP通风系统在冬季通风中明显优于负压通风系统；在雏鸡全周期的饲养过程中还对舍内粉尘与微生物的含量进行了测试，FAPP舍的值明显低于对照舍，这一结果为FAPP通风系统的推广应用提供了实验依据。

On the basis of the former researches and taking into account the practice of our country, this paper take the low period repeat loading experiment for three rigid conjunction node of steel beam and concrete wall, researching their load-bearing capacity and earthquake resistance performance under the low period repeat loading action, the main content concentrate on the following aspects:(1) Analyzing the three joint's damage shape、hysteretic curve、change of rigidity、yielding load、limit load、damage load、durability、energy dissipation capacity、the strain of the key position and the moment transferring mechanism.(2) Comparing the joint's load-bearing capacity and earthquake resistance performance among the joints with different stud bolt diameter and different connection plate thickness, researching some factor's influence on the work performance of the joint such as the high and strong stud bolt specification、connection plate thickness .

本文在前人研究的基础上，结合我国的实际情况，对3个钢梁-混凝土墙刚接节点试件进行了低周反复荷载试验，对其在低周反复荷载作用下的承载力和抗震性能进行了研究，内容主要集中在以下几个方面：(1)对3个节点试件在低周反复荷载作用下的破坏形态、滞回曲线特性、刚度变化、屈服荷载、极限荷载、破坏荷载、延性性能、耗能能力、关键部位的应变分布情况及节点核心区的受力情况进行了试验研究和理论分析；(2)比较了不同螺栓规格和不同连接板厚度的节点试件的承载力和抗震性能，研究了高强螺栓规格和连接板厚度这2个因素对节点工作性能的影响；(3)介绍了光纤光栅传感技术在土木工程领域中的应用研究现状及其基本原理；并通过对比试验，探讨了光纤光栅传感器用于土木工程检测的可行性及实现途径。

A method for making Bisphenol A with a purity of more than 99.7% by reacting phenol and acetone using an acid catalyst, separating a BPA-phenol adduct by crystallisation and removing phenol from the adduct, in which involves continuous suspension crystallisation with a total dwell time of more than 4 hours in at least 3 crystallisers, by cooling first to 50-70 C in two parallel crystallisers and then to 40-50 C in a third crystalliser connected in series with the first two.; A method for the production of Bisphenol A with a purity of more than 99.7%, by reacting phenol with acetone in presence of an acid catalyst, separating a BPA-phenol adduct from the product mixture by crystallisation, filtration and washing, and removing the phenol from the adduct, in which stage involves continuous suspension crystallisation in at least three crystallisers connected in such a way that the mixture is first cooled to 50-70 C in two crystallisers in parallel and then cooled to 40-50 C in a third crystalliser in series with the first two, the total residence time of the mixture over all crystallisers being more than 4 hours.

Green fluorescent protein gene was conjugated to the 3 end of the PAP gene in order to screen easily of the transgenic cotton plants. The combined gene was cloned into plant expression vector pBI121 and then transformed. About 5000 seeds of the transgenic cotton were obtained and the some seedlings of the transgenic cotton could give a bright green fluorescence in the dark condition when the cotton seedlings were irradiated with ultraviolet rays. This result reflected that the GFP gene was expressed in the transgenic cotton; dot-blot result also demonstrated that PAP gene was exactly transformed into the cotton. The capacity of the Verticillium dahliae-resistance is being analyzed.

为了便于转基因棉花后代的筛选，在 PAP基因的 3'端融入了绿色荧光蛋白GFP）基因，然后将融合基因克隆在植物表达载体PBI 121上，再进行遗传转化，得转基因棉花种子5000余粒，将种子播种长到于叶展开时，先在黑暗中用紫外灯照射，查找表现绿色荧光的幼苗，然后再用地高辛标记的PAP基因特异性探针对这些棉花进行点杂交，最后发现有8株棉花表现阳性反应，说明PAP基因的确己经转到了棉花的基因组中，其棉花黄萎病的抗性鉴定正在进行之中。
