Equidistance point and difference theory in theory of function approximation are studied. Meanwhile, the relation among difference, difference quotient and derivate is revealed. By drawing Lagrange's and Cauchy's theorem of mean on difference and Taylor's formula into difference function, four theorems, such as Lagrange's theorem of mean on difference, are concluded in simple way. On the basis of these conclusions, the asymptotic property of middle point is studied, a series of new conclusions are drawn and the discussions on the asymptotic property of middle point in differential mid-value are summarized.

Abstracts: To sample high speed random signals without drop, a design of O-shaped high speed random signals acquisition card based on the CPLD and its realization are presented. It consists of same three sets of acquisitive circuits, which construct O-shaped structure to sample the signals without drop .And it adopts threshold judging method to determine the valid data in the process of the acquisition, abandons vast of the redundant useless data at the same time, it only sends the useful data to the host computer by the way of DMA, so it is easy to processing the data. The design is concise and reliable. The sketch map of the logic circuit and the explanation of the main parts are presented. This design has been applied in the engineering project of sampling α nuclide.

In chapter three the performance and structure of components of oxygen probe were especially investigated. The Cr-Cr〓O〓 powder was overcome by treatments. The reason of occurrence of thermal peaks on the EMF curves was explained. A water glass based cement which high temperature insulation was around 10MΩ within 10 seconds at 1600℃ was developed for the use of oxygen probe. The effects of tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode on response time and thermal equilibrium in oxygen probe were investigated. The optimum tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode addition were determined. It is found that the heat transfer in oxygen galvanic cell is the rate limiting-step in the response process. The national oxygen probe WOS Ⅱ type was designed and manufactured. By three batches of industrial tests its specification reached the level of American Celox Ⅱ type oxygen probe.

To increase the security of the watermark, a new binary image encryption algorithm based on TD-ERCS map is presented. The watermark is encrypted by a chaos sequence generated by TD-ERCS map; A novel color image watermarking algorithm is proposed based on discrete chaotic map and 2-dimensions discrete wavelet transform. The watermark is encrypted by the new binary image encryption algorithm, and the encrypted watermark is embed into four sub-bands of the most deep level of blue branch of host image by three-level wavelet transform, and the embedded positions are determined by general cat cha otic map; A novel color-image blind detection watermarking algorithm is proposed based on integer wavelet transform and subsampling. The scrambled watermark is encrypted and embed into the low sub-bands after four sub-images of the Y branch of host image is transformed by two-level wavelet transform, and the embedded positions are determined by Logistic chaotic map, this watermarking scheme can realize blind extraction.
