在调查研究中

In order to achieve the aim of this study, a survey was conducted via a self-designed questionnaire of 403 novice teachers who had no more than three years of teaching experience in 28 junior high schools in Hsinchu County. Adopting SPSS to analyze the data thus collected, this study performed such statistical analyses as arithmetic mean, standard difference, t-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Pearson's correlation etc to verify hypotheses.

为达研究目的，本研究采用问卷调查法，研究对象为新竹县境内二十入所公立国民中学，任教年资在三年以下之新手教师，共403名，并使用研究者自编之「国中新手教师工作经验感受问卷调查表」为调查工具，将所得资料运用社会科学统计套装软体进行算术平均数、标准差、t考验、单因子变异数分析、皮尔逊积差相关等统计分析以验证假设。

The fry of black seabreamand giant sea perch with 4.0cm-8.5cm using the methods of dyeing, i.e., the fish immersed in the water solution containing comestible pigment, immersion in tetracycline, i.e., the fish immersed in the water solution containing tetracycline, and marking by spraying, i.e., the fish sprayed with fluorescent pigment spraying on the skin of fish, and double marking, i.e., the fish sprayed with fluorescent pigment spraying on the skin of fish after feed with tetracycline, and control group. The survival rates, mark retention rates and hydrology data were separately measured every three days for black sea bream and every two days for giant sea perch. The results were as follows.

本研究针对体长4.0cm-8.5cm的黑鲷及金目鲈的鱼苗采用染色法(将鱼只浸泡在含有食用色素的水溶液中)、四环霉素浸泡法(将鱼只浸泡在含有四环霉素的水溶液中)、喷枪法(利用高压喷枪将萤光色素打在鱼的表皮)以及双重标识法（四环霉素投餵法加上喷枪法）与一组空白组进行试验，黑鲷每三天一次、金目鲈每两天一次，调查标识后鱼只的时间别残存率、时间别标识残留率以及水质资料，结果如下。

So the systematically study of loess landslides are emergently needed. Based on detailed investigation and survey of characteristics of environmental geology, engineering geology, hydrometeorology in Tongchuan, the distribution characteristic and the outer, inner factor of loess landslides are studied; and it is concluded that the rainfall and artificial engineering activity are the leading causes of loess landslide among various factors. Through plenty of tests of soil samples, it is researched that the loess"s physical mechanics characteristics, the loess landslide"s formation mechanism and kinematics mechanism.

The feeding and excretion of three little fishes (Hemiculter. leucisculus, Tilapia. aurea and Cirrhinus. molitorelld) was studied and their effect on water quality of Qiankeng reservoir in Shenzhen City Around the topdown effect of fish was also studied. Based on the analysis of their stomach contents, their diet composition was assayed. The three fishes" feeding rhythm in cage and their rate of digestion indoor were looked into, and their daily ration was estimated through the method of daily average fullness index. Using the spectrophotometer, the content of chlorophyll a in the stomach was measured, and the feasibility of taking the chlorophyll a as an index of measuring the feeding of fish on phytoplankton was studied. Adopting the national standard method, the effect of the three fishes" excretion on total nitrogen, total phosphorus, CODMn, pH, turbidity and conductivity coefficient was surveyed.
