In order to improve the power quality of distribution network system, one of the most effective methods is reactive power compensation. In this paper, the Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator for reactive power compensation was studied, and then the digital controller based on One-cycle control was designed. The waveforms of experimental device based on DSTATCOM of one-cycle control were given in this paper. It can be seen from the results that the fluctuation of DC capacitor voltage is lower, the dynamic response speed of DSTATCOM providing or absorbing reactive power is fast, and the accuracy of steady-state compensation can achieve the requirements of reactive power compensation in engineering basically

为了提高配电网系统的电能质量，对无功功率进行精确补偿是非常有效的方法之一；本文研究了配电网静止同步补偿器用于无功补偿，并设计了单周控制的数字控制器；文中给出了基于单周控制的DSTATCOM无功补偿试验装置工作过程中的波形曲线，从试验结果可见，本文设计的单周控制DSTATCOM无功补偿装置的直流侧电容电压在工作过程中波动较小，装置发出或者吸收无功功率的动态响应速度较快，稳态补偿精度基本能够达到工程中无功补偿的要求。

Rapid transient electromagnetic pulse generated by impulse voltage discharge may cause serious interference to high voltage measurement, cause disoperation or damage to experimental equipment, and also may cause potential harm to person on-site. Similar question exist in many high voltage laboratories, and it is an important research subject of high voltage measurement. Electromagnetic interference generated by impulse voltage discharge is the most serious interference in high voltage test hall.

Mechanisms of heat affected zone liquation and liquation cracking in GH150 alloy were investigated by using varestraint test and hot ductility test in conjunction with the differential thermal analysis and optical, scanning electron microsopy. On heating,γ/C liquation take places in the HAZ above 1250℃. When the temperature reaches 1353- 1375℃, a large amount of liquid particles due to initial melting can be observed within the grains near the fusion boundary. On cooling,γ/C eutectic and γ/ Laves phase eutectic take place at 1273 and 1200℃ respectively.

The security problem of vegetation-fixing system due to the changed soil water environment in fixed sand dune area was analyzed further.

Consolidation test is a important link of obtaining mechanical properties index of soil and coefficient of compressibility gained through the test is a key data to evaluating the compressibility of soil. Consisting of solid phase and liquid phase of the salty soil is different from the non-salty one. Eutectic salt in soil may exist as liquid phase, solid phase or both of them and these phases can interconvert because it is affected by temperature, Na_2SO_4 content, water content. Especially when temperature drops, Na_2SO_4 will crystallize and expand, namely salt expansion of soil. These particularities make soil sample put in environmental cabinet when consolidation test is going on. So soil sample can be compressed by temperature controlling system under a set temperature.From experiment, the formulae counting coefficient of compressibility of salty soil have been given.
