By analysis of frequency spectrum based on MATLAB platform, wavelet method in the application of cutting out a section of inputting earthquake wave was presented. In the process of pseudo dynamic test results, the method of non-dimensional representation and analytic representation of hysteretic curve was provided. The above two methods will help to compare dissipation energy capacity of this structure at the different acceleration peak value stage of pseudo dynamic test more precisely and comparably.

通过基于MATLAB的地震波频谱分析，说明了小波分析方法在拟动力试验中地震波截取方面的应用：在拟动力分段试验数据的处理方面，本文将试验结果的无纲量表示方法以及曲线的多项式拟合法引入滞回曲线的数据处理，这将有助于拟动力试验不同加速度峰值条件下，各阶段结构耗能能力的客观比较。

The results showed that the difference between the two collection methods didn't affect egg hatch,and that the different concentrations of benzimidazole solutions for different preservative periods didn't affect egg hatch,too.

结果显示，用2种集卵方法获取的虫卵在虫卵发育试验中仅有不足以影响虫卵发育的微小差异，对整体试验也没有实质性的影响，表明2种集卵方法都可以作为该试验获取虫卵的方法；不同保存时间的苯并咪唑药液的试验结果也差别不大，对试验也没有实质性的影响。

To study the ecophysiological effects of low temperature stress on podocarpus fleuryi Hickel seedlings, two-year-old seedlings were selected as experimental material. We conducted comparative study. On the one hand, seedlings were separately placed in the plots located at the top, half-way-up and the foot of Jinyun Mountain (different altitudes at Jinyun Mountain led to the difference in air temperature) and subjected to winter low temperature stress. On the other hand, in laboratory, seedlings were exposed to simulated low temperature stress which were artificially controlled .

为了探讨低温胁迫对长叶竹柏幼苗的生理生态影响，本试验选取长叶竹柏的二龄幼苗为试验材料，在试验方法上采取了对比研究方法：一方面，利用缙云山不同的海拔造成的温度差异，分别将幼苗置于山顶、山腰和山脚下三个样地中，进行野外冬季自然低温胁迫处理；另一方面，在实验室中，利用人工控制的不同低温进行模拟低温胁迫处理。

Results: Within-run CV 、day-to-day CV and total CV were 1.33%、1.42% and 2.01% respectively by iterant test; average recovery rate was 96.6%; anticoag-ulant、septic、uric acid and bilirubin under a certain concentration also did not interfere with the glucose re-sult in this method. Compared with HK method, the pertinence was Y =1.038X-1.172,r =0.994. The linearity studies showed the method was linear up to 20mmol/L.

结果： 重复性试验批内 CV 值为1.33%，批间CV 值为1.42%，总 CV 值为2.01%；回收试验中回收样品I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的回收率分别为105%，93.5%和91.4%，平均为96.6%；干扰试验表明一般浓度的抗凝剂、防腐剂、尿酸、胆红素对葡萄糖的测定不产生干扰；比较试验，与HK法比较其相关性为Y =1.038X-1.172，r =0.994；线性范围试验表明葡萄糖浓度在20 mmol/L以下呈现良好的线性。

It is proved that, while tested on short duration testing rig, the turbine power, rotation rate and flow rate require special testing method, and that, for testing the overall turbine performance, the short duration testing rig equals to, and even outruns continuous testing rig in accuracy. All the parameters need to be tested synchronically.

指出： 短周期涡轮试验在功率、转速、流量等参数的测量方法上有其特殊性；在总的涡轮性能测试指标上短周期涡轮试验完全可以达到，甚至超过连续式涡轮试验的精度；在短周期涡轮试验中，需特别注意各测量参数的同步性。

The measurement results of the bridge load testing experiment were heavily influenced by the field environment. Based on the field test results of strain which were affected by simulated outside temperature, it was proposed that the compressed enameled wire could replace the traditional rubberized wire and shielded cable in bridge load testing experiments. This was supported by abundant data collected from the in-situ measurements and the results of these measurements were positive. As bridge-arm lead in the electrical resistance strain testing system, the compressed enameled wire was more stable than the rubberized wire.

摘 要：桥梁荷载试验现场测试环境的变化，对测量结果影响较大，在试验模拟室外温度变化对现场应变结果测量影响研究的基础上，提出采用高强漆包线替代传统的胶质电线、屏蔽电缆应用到桥梁荷载试验中，并进行了多个工程实例，通过大量实测的数据说明高强漆包线替代传统的胶质电线、屏蔽电缆应用到桥梁荷载试验中是可行的，测试效果是明显的。
