The infrared remote controller is a cheap, small, simple, reliable and effective product. It can effectively resist electromagnetic interference and ensure safe operation of the system. Using remote technology can reduce manipulative difficulty during soil bin testing and realize single operation of the whole system. Practical application many times demonstrated that the infrared remote controller can work reliably and improve work efficiency considerably.Besides control the movement of tester, the soil bin tester driving control system can adjust the tester speed by rule and line, which was impossible to former test equipments. The range can be adjusted from -1.45m/s to 1.45m/s, the positive and minus sign denotes the direction of tester running.

土槽台车动力控制系统的控制参数均通过人机交互界面输入；系统能够实现对台车行驶速度、位移和时间的实时采集、显示和存储功能，并设有对数据库的操作功能，方便试验人员对数据的查询、修改、删除和保存；试验过程中系统为试验人员提供了台车速度曲线，并能实时动态显示，用来监测台车的运行状况；为了确保试验过程中试验设备和人员的安全，系统增加了控制台车行驶位移和时间的功能；系统使用的防脉冲干扰平均值法处理采集的数据，剔除奇异项，减少了干扰在有用信号中的比重，并能直接显示出所采集数据的均值和方差，节省了处理数据所需的大量时间，提高了工作效率。

First, a chlorinator was self-designed in this paper, and dichloride of 2-methyl-1-propene was synthesized by 2-methyl-1-propene reacted with chlorine fast in this reactor. By means of the Orthogonal Experiments design and single factor experiments, the influence of several reaction variables on the yield were examined and the optimum reaction conditions under the intervallic operation were obtained, the yield and selectivity of dichloride of 2-methyl-1-prop-ene were more than 65% and 80% respectively. Second, the preparation of 2-methylene-1, 3-propanediol, which dichloride of 2-methyl-1-propene reacted with alkali was investigated. By means of the Orthogonal Experiments design and single factor experiments, the influence of several reaction variables on the yield were examined and the optimum reaction conditions under the intervallic operation were obtained, the conversion of dichloride of 2-methyl-1-propene was 100%. Moreover the preparation of MPO, which 2-methylene-1, 3-propanediol reacted with hydrogen, in presence of Al_2O_3-Pd catalyst, was gotten, and the product was appraised.

本文在氯化反应过程中，自行设计制作出了氯化管式反应器，在该反应器中异丁烯和氯气迅速混合反应生成二氯异丁烯，根据该氯化反应特征利用正交试验和单因素试验考察了有关因素的影响并优化得到了最佳工艺条件，二氯异丁烯的总收率达65％以上，选择性达80％；接着，对二氯异丁烯进行水解反应制得了2-甲烯-1，3-丙二醇，讨论了相关因素对水解反应的影响，并通过正交试验和单因素试验得到了较佳工艺条件，二氯异丁烯的转化率达100％；同时还对制备的2-甲烯-1，3-丙二醇在常压下采用三氧化二铝负载钯催化剂催化加氢得目的产物MPO，并对产品进行了鉴定，从而打通了整个工艺路线。

We provide analysis on the principle of SISR, illustrate errors in real-world measurements, and demonstrate a working SISR implementation in field experiments on a test bed of 37 wireless nodes, as well as show the superior performance of SISR in simulation with a larger number of nodes.

For the first time, a screw pile and pile driver system for preventing flood and rushing to deal with an emergency was manufactured. The screw piles of the system is different from screw drills used to sap, and it doesn't push soils out. Analyses, including the screw pile's structural strength analysis and the screw blade's welding analysis, were done by ANSYS, which showed that the screw pile's structural strength is enough and that the distort of the screw blade is small. Testing on the screw pile and pile driver system showed that the system performed stably and could meet the need of preventing flood and rushing to deal with an emergency. A mechanics model of interaction of a screw pile and soil was built, and expressions of torque of screw pile's cylindrical part on the condition of screw pile's crew part being driven into soil fully were gained, then the relation of the torque with screw pitch and out diameter of cylinder, which shows the torque decreases with the screw pitch increasing, and that the torque increases with the out diameter of cylinder increasing, which was according with the experiments of the screw pile's being driven into soils, and thus a screw pile with the best structure was chosen. Experiments of bionic surface showed that, on the condition of certain pressure on the surface, the protruding bionic surface can not reduce adhesion and resistance and that the corrugated bionic surface can reduce adhesion and resistance. An orthogonal experiment of the corrugated bionic surface was done with the factors including the width of protrusion, the space between two protrusions, the trolley's velocity and the vertical surface pressure and with the surface frictional coefficient as the experimental target, and some inclusions were drawn that the best combination of the factors was acquired and that the width of protrusion affected the surface frictional coefficient remarkably.

研制了防汛抢险螺旋桩机系统，提高了沉桩作业效率；利用ANSYS对桩体进行整体结构强度分析以及螺旋叶片的焊接分析，表明桩体结构强度足够，焊接过程中，螺旋叶片的变形小；对整个螺旋桩机系统进行试验，表明该系统性能可靠，工作稳定，作业效率高，能够满足防汛抢险沉桩作业基本需要；建立了螺旋桩桩土作用力学模型，得出螺旋桩沉桩过程中螺旋桩螺旋部分完全进入土体时螺旋桩圆柱部分所受扭矩以及扭矩与防汛抢险螺旋桩的螺旋导程和圆柱外径的关系曲线，表明螺旋桩螺旋部分完全进入土体时螺旋桩圆柱部分所受扭矩随着螺旋导程的增大而减小，随着圆柱外径的增大而增大，这与螺旋桩沉桩试验结论相符合，据此优选出最佳结构的螺旋桩；仿生曲面试验表明，尺寸较小的球冠突起型仿生曲面在一定压力作用下未能起到减粘降阻的作用，而尺寸较大的波纹型仿生曲面相对平板具有一定的减粘降阻作用；以波纹型仿生曲面突起宽度、波纹型仿生曲面两突起之间间距、台车的牵引速度以及叶片表面垂直载荷为因素，以曲面摩擦系数试验指标进行正交试验，寻求出在一定试验条件下最佳因素水平组合；波纹型仿生曲面突起宽度在本试验条件下对曲面摩擦系数影响显著，而其它几个因素对曲面摩擦系数影响均不显著；通过波纹型仿生曲面突起宽度和台车牵引速度的单因素试验，表明曲面摩擦系数随着仿生曲面突起宽度的增大而减小，而随着台车牵引速度的变化基本保持不变，和正交试验结果保持一致。

When proceeding pump testing, we collect a good many parameters, and figure out the pump gross head, pump shaft power, NPSH and other parameters. Different units of those parameters are used in different countries, and sometimes the customer asks for the test data of special media. Making a test of every medium of the same pump is not realistic, and the costs will be increase, so we convert the units of the data, and figure out the testing data according to different customer's special requirements. We reduced costs and got good remarks from the corporation through the application of unit conversion technology.

水泵试验时，要采集诸多参数，并且根据这些参数计算出扬程、轴功率、NPSH等数值，不同国家这些参数采用的单位不同，企业必须能够按照客户要求的单位提供试验数据；并且有时客户要求得到水泵在特殊介质下进行试验得出的试验数据，同一台泵在每种介质下都做一遍试验不太现实，而且会提高企业的生产成本，提出将采集的数据进行单位换算，根据不同国家或者客户的特殊要求求出泵的试验数据，在实际应用中节省了试验成本，得到了企业的好评。
