Primary results are shown as followings: 1. PH measuring results of soil solution and eluviation solution show that the ability of experimental plot the acid buffer capacity of soil is stronger under the experiment condition,there is no obvious acidification in soil which after acid rain eluviation. The result has substantial differences with that gotten by most of investigationers in similar work before.

这一结果与以往类似研究中多数研究者得到的结论存在本质区别，原因可能在于此次试验的试验条件与以往研究的试验条件不同，其中最主要一点是在本次试验中使用的土壤样品的重量比以往试验均显著增大，而且使用的是土壤结构和组成等均未经破坏的原位土，从而使入渗酸雨与承受酸雨沉降的土壤之间的比例关系更接近自然酸雨沉降过程，以此为基础得到的试验结果应该更加客观、可靠。

In order to complete the investigation, impersonality feasible experiment solutions and devices are designed independently to systemically investigate on activation and transfer characteristic of soil heavy metal under acid rain effect. Primary results are shown as followings:1. 这一结果与以往类似研究中多数研究者得到的结论存在本质区别，原因可能在于此次试验的试验条件与以往研究的试验条件不同，其中最主要一点是在本次试验中使用的土壤样品的重量比以往试验均显著增大，而且使用的是土壤结构和组成等均未经破坏的原位土，从而使入渗酸雨与承受酸雨沉降的土壤之间的比例关系更接近自然酸雨沉降过程，以此为基础得到的试验结果应该更加客观、可靠。2、酸雨对盐基离子活化迁移产生的影响勿庸置疑，但是，在盐基离子活化迁移的过程中，并没有出现预想中的重金属元素活化迁移现象，表明土壤中的重金属元素并不如理论分析的那样对酸雨沉降反应敏感。

The results indicate that the larger the concentration of chitosan in the capsules is the slower the release rate of capsule. The biocompatibility tests of the three heparin microcapcules/PLA composite materials show that all materials are negative and have no obvious toxicity. There is no potential hypersusceptibility substance in materials, and the content of pyrogen is conforming to the requirement of organisms.

三种微囊与PLA的复合材料经皮肤刺激试验、皮内刺激试验、热原试验、全身急性毒性试验和细胞培养试验，结果表明，所制备的复合材料在生物学评价试验中均呈阴性反应，材料无明显毒性，材料中不存在潜在致敏性物质，所含热原含量符合生物体的要求。

At the firstexperiment, when the Nitrogen valid content is 0kg/hm~2, the Phosphatevalid content is 112.5 kg/hm~2, the Kainite valid content is 112.5 kg/hm~2,the Sulphur valid content is 60 kg/hm~2, we can acquire the highestoil-content 45.87%. At the second experiment, when the nitrogen validcontent is 0kg/hm~2, the Phosphate valid content is 112.5 kg/hm~2, theKainite valid content is 112.5 kg/hm~2, we can acquire the highestoil-content 44.08%.

本试验条件下在低氮、中磷、中钾水平下可以获得较高的含油量；在第一次试验中当氮、磷、钾、硫的有效含量分别为0kg／hm~2、112.5kg／hm~2、112.5kg／hm~2、60 kg／hm~2时可以获得最高含油量45.87％；在第二次试验中当氮、磷、钾的有效含量分别为0kg／hm~2、112.5 kg／hm~2、112.5 kg／hm~2时可以获得最高含油量44.08％。

The index of flame retardant property,material,product structure and relevant method of test of the antiflaming flexible cable is established according to the standard of GB/T18301-2001《the Third Part of Burning Test of cables in the Condition of flame:Method of Buring Test of Bunchy Wires and Cables》.The Cable will emanate the bad gas in buring to causethe the second calamity,so the smoke capacity of the cable in burning should be tested according to the standard of IECl034-2(1991)《the Second Part of Method of Smoke Concentration Test ofCable 1n Burning:Procedure and Requirement ofTest》The Liberation of Gas 1n burning is tested according to the standard of IEC754-2(1991)《the Second Part of Test of Liberatlon of Burning Materlal from Cable:Method to Measure the ACidity with the Measured PH and Conductlvltv》.

对阻燃型软电缆所要求的阻燃性能指标，是根据GB/T18301-2001《电缆在火焰条件下的燃烧试验第3部分：成束电线或电缆的燃烧试验方法》标准的规定而确定其电缆的材料要求、产品结构和相应的试验方法；对于耐火性试验，并考虑到电缆在火焰中会散发有害气体，造成&二次灾害&，所以还规定了对电缆燃烧时发烟量进行试验，按IECl034-2(1991)《电缆在特定条件下燃烧的烟浓度试验方法第二部分试验步骤和要求》以及燃烧时析出气体按IEC754-2(1991)《取白电缆的村料燃烧时析山气体的试验第二部分用测量PH值和导电率来测量气体酸度的方法》进行试验。

The results indicates, with the same level of other parameters, the TN removal can reach 80.0% and 70.9% with the control of dissolved oxygen under the levels of 0.3-0.6mg/l and 0.6-0.9mg/l, respectively; the TN removal upgrades from 80%, 83% to 84.1% with the decrease of sludge load in the system from 0.1, 0.07, to 0.05gCOD/gMLSS·d; the nitrogen removal only reaches 58% when C/N is 4, but can reach more than 80% when C/N is at or over 7, which indicates that the TN removal increases when higher C/N ratio; when HRT increases from 12h, 18h to 24h, the TN removal also increases from 78.6%, 82.0% to 83.0%; the TN removal average in the system increases from 75.6%, 78.5% to 83.0% with the increase of sludge age from 18d, 20d to 24d; the low oxygen conditions in the modified Orbal oxidation ditch model do not decrease the effect of COD removal, and the dissolved oxygen gradient with the distribution of 0-2-1mg/l in the system ensures the COD removal reaching the range of 80%-86%; and the phosphate removal, however, is not good enough, which varies from 40% to 50%, even lower than 35% in occasional situations, and the phosphate concentration in the outflow varies in the range of 1.28-2.38mg/l, which dissatisfies the discharge standard with the level of 1.0mg/l.

试验结果表明，在其它参数相同的情况下，将外沟道的溶解氧分别控制在0.3～0.6mg/l 和0.6～0.9mg/l 两个水平，外沟道中TN 去除率分别为80.0%和70.9%；系统中污泥负荷分别为0.1gCOD/gMLSS·d、0.07 gCOD/gMLSS·d、0.05 gCOD/gMLSS·d时，随着污泥负荷的降低，TN 的去除率却是上升的，分别为80%、83%、84.1%；本试验中，当C/N 为4时，仅能获得58%的脱氮率，当C/N 为7 或更高时脱氮率能达到80%以上，进水C/N 比值越高，总氮的去除率越高；在本试验中采取的水力停留分别为12h、18h、24h 时，外沟道中的总氮去除率随水力停留时间的增加而增加，分别为78.6%、82.0%和83.0%；当系统泥龄分别为18d、20d、24d 时，系统平均TN 去除率分别为75.6%、78.5%、83.0%，随着泥龄的增大TN 的去除率增加；改良型奥贝尔模型的低氧条件并没有降低COD 的去除效果，系统0-2-1mg/l的溶解氧梯度分布使得COD 去除率一般都在80%～86%之间；本试验中磷的去除效果不好，去除率基本在40%～50%之间，有的甚至低于35%，出水磷的浓度在1.28～2.38mg/l 之间，低于1.0mg/l 的出水排放标准。
