First of all, this paper introduces the whole design project and interrelated knowledge about Non-destructive detection, ultrasonic detection, and Phased-Array ultrasonic detection Then the paper depicts the principle of Phased-Array focus and abstracts a set of math model and feasible arithmetic on the base of the real parameter of the system. Put forward several problems that exist during the course of system development and program. Introduce some measures of distinguish that are often used in non-destructive detecting and echo wave crest. Then I depict one of the measures in detail that used in the course of non-destructive detection, which is the way of distinguishing whether defects exist or not. Then provide part core program to realize it. This paper also provides main flow chart through analyzing how main control program controls different parts to make the whole system more effective.

然后在文中以较大的篇幅，描述了相控阵聚焦的原理，并根据该系统的实际参数，抽象出一套数学模型和可行的算法，在此基础上提出了在系统开发过程及编程实现过程中存在的一些问题；介绍了在无损检测中缺陷的分类和对回波峰常用的识别方法，详述了系统开发过程中使用的其中一种识别方法，即判别是否存在缺陷的算法，并给出实现之的部分核心程序；详述主控程序如何控制各部分并协调各相关软件的工作，使整个系统发挥最高效能，并给出主要设计框图和程序。

两种算法都较好地解决了基于栅格的填充算法所出现的问题，并改进了某些矢量算法的不足。在等值线的标注部分，文章采用多边形近似法来确定标注的位置，很好地实现了标注放在曲线的旁侧和标注放在曲线上这两种不同的标注方式。

After the functions and characteristics of the 9 Reticon signals are anatomized, a new method used to process these Reticon signals is presented, which consists of a reticle/slit image searching algorithm, a self-estimation filtering algorithm and a single wave centering algorithm. The method provides the high precision measurement of the LLMC with a fundamental condition.

When detecting the edge, an auto-choose threshold algorithm is given to reduce the salt-and-pepper or pulse wrong edges. After analyzing the special noise factor in pin's image, this paper improves the edge detection elements. That's putting forward a way which is named"the method of de-noise based on linear weighted operator template"to reduce the zonal or cluster noise. And test show that the algorithms detect image's edge rightly.

针对钻针图像的特点，在边缘检测中提出了自动选择阈值的算法；之后针对钻针图像中的特殊噪声形式，对边缘检测算法进行了原理上的改进，通过对图像的灰度分布的数学模型的建立，提出了使用加权直线模板去噪法进行块状噪声的去除；通过上述算法的应用，良好地改善了图像处理的质量。

A window-based fault diagnosis algorithm MFD (multi-window fault diagnosis) is proposed for the bipartite FPM. MFD takes the correlation of adjacent time windows into account. As a result,it can reduce the impact of improper time window size setting.

After analyzing the shortages of the existing algorithms for frequent pattern clustering,proposes an algorithm for creating compressed partial order based on pattern clustering function.Experiment result shows the compression arithmetic has higher proficiency and qualify,also can obtain much less number and much more information pattern.Thereby can find out more interesting of visited frequent sequential than the normal algorithm.

分析了现有频繁模式聚类算法的不足，提出了在模式聚类函数的基础上生成一个压缩的偏序的算法，实验结果显示该算法可以对频繁序列模式进行高效、高质量的压缩，可以得到数量更少、信息量更大的模式，从而提高发现的频繁访问序列的兴趣性。
