在第七章，我们则重点研究了二维数字滤波器的实现问题。我们对第六章提出的2-D双线性变换电路又作了进一步的简化，获得了一种最简结构的二维双线性变换数字电路，该电路仅有二个延时器和一个乘法器。在第七章里，我们提出了二维跳耦型数字滤波器的四种实现方法：(1)二维时域差分方程实现；(2)二维FFT实现；(3)数字硬件实现，(4)用2-D递归数字结构实现。

From the first chapter to the forth chapter, it summarizes four France capitalistic ideas on equality: the idealistic equality, the empirical equality, the systematized equality, and the singular equality. Then, it can be explored minutely from representative character, advance presupposition, doctrinal content, objective state, practical counterpoint, institutional embodiment, the tend of practice, theory extending and so on. In the fifth chapter, it researches into their contradiction and contestation between the four equalities, indicates their class-conscious essence, and tries to find out a direction to sole these questions. In the sixth chapter, as the intrinsic tendency of soling these deep-seated contradictions of the four equalities, the paper traces the process of France communism from chimerical idea to scientific theory, so that it can point out a gospel: the scientific socialism is the one and only way to surmount these embarrassments of capitalistic theories on equality. At the last chapter, according to our reviews about theories of equality during the hundred years in France, it can conclude some political apocalypse from our history. Owning the wisdom, we could choose our road to the equality, by using these experiences in the west political histories.

第一章到第四章，总结了带有法国资本主义特征的四种平等思想：法国理想平等观、法国经验平等观、法国体系平等观和法国单元平等观，并在代表人物、前提预设、学说内容、目标状态、现实对应、制度体现及其实践倾向和理论扩展等方面进行细致化地考察；第五章，探析四种平等观之间的内在矛盾和论争，指出其学说的阶级本质，同时试图探寻解决问题的方向；第六章，作为解决以上四种平等观之间深层矛盾的内在趋向，文章考察了法国共产主义平等思想由空想向科学的发展，进而指出只有科学社会主义才能走出资本主义平等理论的泥沼；在文章的最后，本文依据对法国百年平等思想史的考察，总结出历史所带给我们的政治启示，以使我们用西方政治的历史经验来选择我们自己的平等之路！

The goal of this thesis is to protect fair competition of the market and consumer's rights and interests, chapter one is the introduction, the aim and the motive of the research and research range; Chapter two is the advertising summary, recommend meaning , introduce the regulation of false or misleading advertisement in our country and foreign countries; Chapter three collects the cases regarding false, untrue or misleading advertisement from Consumer Protection Law and Fair Trade Law, as well as the documents and theories in order to form important basis to make out a set of judgment criterion with four stages to determent a false, untrue or misleading advertisement at Chapter four. Chapter five focuses on the civil liabilities of advertising media of the advertising agency; Chapter six is the conclusion which gives suggestion to improve recent determination structure on false, untrue or misleading advertisement.

本文以保护市场之公平竞争以及消费者权益的角度为出发，第一章为绪论，说明研究动机研究方法与研究范围；第二章为不实广告概述，介绍不实广告之意义以及我国与国外对其之法律规范作说明；第三章为收集消费者保护法与公平交易法的相关案例以及文献与学说形成判断不实广告架构的重要依据，而在第四章对於我国判断不实广告之原则做个重新建构，按虚伪不实与引人错误系两种不同之概念，本文依其拟制出一套新四阶段的不实广告判断准则；第五章系整理不实广告的关系人企业主、广告媒体业、广告代理业之民事责任并分析其所负之责任；第六章为结论并提出改善我国不实广告之判断准则之建议。

There are six points below serving as reasons: firstly, solvency report reveals company's solvency status at certain time point and discrete view regarding quarter as discrete accounting period is consistent with ideas of insurance surveillance and management; secondly, deferrals and withdrawals in advance of expenses in integral view make confirmed assets and liabilities inconsistent with definitions of admitted assets and ranking liabilities; thirdly, taking into account cost and expenses of the entire year also brings unnecessary troubles to accounting measurement; fourthly,"integral view" is more dependent on professional judgment and estimate by accounting personnel, which is likely to lead to incomparability of company's solvency reports; fifthly, it is consistent with provisions of enterprise accounting standards of our country, which is convenient for company to compile solvency report; sixthly, it is in compliance with methods adopted by most developed countries, which is helpful for international comparison.
