Four basic processes are analyzed in detail in network security decision,which are the base of NSDSS security decision. Then, developing strategies and methods are analyzed according to the objective and task of the system. Antetype method with RAD speciality is chosen to lead the developing process of the system. The structure of "Four-Base and Seven-System" of NSDSS is decided, based on which, the Function and Structure of Man-Machine Conversation system, General Management system, Data Base system, Model and Method Base system, knowledge base system, Causing and solving problems system are discussed. The basic theories and methods of each part are discussed. In the designing process of Model Base System, detailed analysis is given to the models of prediction, evaluation and management in the course of security decision. Moreover, basic process and method are discussed on question generation and solution. Then, detailed explanation is provided on the integration and implement of the system. After that, it is suggested that implement of the system should be carried through the process of the system.

论文首先对NSDSS涉及到的相关知识进行了讨论，详细分析了网络安全决策中的四个基本过程，这是NSDSS进行安全决策的基础；随后依据系统的目标和任务，对系统的开发策略和方法进行了分析，选择具有RAD能力的原型法指导整个系统的开发过程；确定了NSDSS"四库七系统"的整体结构；在此基础上，分别探讨了人机对话系统、通用管理系统、数据库系统、模型库和方法库系统、知识库系统、问题生成和求解系统的功能和结构，对各部件的基本原理和实现方法进行了论述；在模型库系统的设计过程中，对安全决策过程中运用到的安全预测、安全评估、安全管理等模型进行了详细的分析；仔细探讨了问题生成和求解的基本过程和方法；较为详细地阐述了系统集成和实施的有关问题，面向系统的成功实现，提出了将系统实施贯串于整个系统开发过程中的思想。

Equidistance point and difference theory in theory of function approximation are studied. Meanwhile, the relation among difference, difference quotient and derivate is revealed. By drawing Lagrange's and Cauchy's theorem of mean on difference and Taylor's formula into difference function, four theorems, such as Lagrange's theorem of mean on difference, are concluded in simple way. On the basis of these conclusions, the asymptotic property of middle point is studied, a series of new conclusions are drawn and the discussions on the asymptotic property of middle point in differential mid-value are summarized.

Our laboratory also found a gene like Drosophila intersex in the testis of Cyprinus carpio. According to the significant function played by Drosophila ix in sex-determination, we are interested in the function of this gene in carp. To study the functions of cIX further, I cloned the full-length cDNA of cIX. The recombinant protein is produced and purified to serve as the antigen to induce antibody.

For example, the Maximum Membership Function Principle is proposed in Chapter 2 on which the presently"scattered" ones among fuzzy mathematical operations for fuzzy control methods such as the acquisition of fuzzy relation, the composition of fuzzy relations and the fuzzy set projection algorithms can be unified to within a common theoretic frame; the geometric criterion for the redundant design parameters is developed for a class of fuzzy supervisory control algorithm in Chapter 4; such concepts as the metric equivalent distance between fuzzy rules are defined to realize the highly efficient reasoning process; consequently the strategy and algorithm for a dynamically commissioned fuzzy controller is given.

Put forward several problems that exist during the course of system development and program. Introduce some measures of distinguish that are often used in non-destructive detecting and echo wave crest. Then I depict one of the measures in detail that used in the course of non-destructive detection, which is the way of distinguishing whether defects exist or not. Then provide part core program to realize it. This paper also provides main flow chart through analyzing how main control program controls different parts to make the whole system more effective.

The basis function of the coinjection of Nitrogen and steam is increasing the displacement volume and supply the displacement energy on the basis of Nitrogen, the result of the numerical simulation showed that, after the coinjection of Nitrogen and steam (the optional aqueous Nitrogen ratio was 1: 20～1: 50), the theamal readius increased from 30m to 55m more or less, the recovery ratio increased by 5～10％. The production effect of the high cycles steam stimulation will be improved and the pattern infill will be avoided and the economic results will be improved. 4. The poor result of steamflood is another problem. On the basis of the analysis of the foamer mechanism in the propayation, movement and stabilization, this paper showed that the main meachanism of the increasing recovery of the Nitrogen foam and steamflood was the increasing displacement factor and oil displacement efficiency.

三针对蒸汽吞吐加热半径有限（一般30m左右）而蒸汽吞吐轮次已高达5轮以上的具体情况，将氮气与蒸汽混合（套管环空中注氮气，油管中注蒸汽）进行吞吐可增加加热半径1～2倍以上；在对原油流变性研究基础上，对氮气蒸汽原油体系状态进行了分析，指出了氮气在油藏中基本上是以气相方式存在；热氮混合吞吐的基本作用为扩大波及体积和提供驱油能量；在此基础上所进行的热氮混注数值模拟研究表明：蒸汽中加入氮气后（最佳汽氮比为1：20～1：50），加热半径从30m增至55m左右，采收率可提高5～10％以上，大大改善了高轮次蒸汽吞吐的生产效果，可避免大规模井网加密，提高了经济效益。
