This article has mainly studied one kind improved two person two-sided synchronized GTAW craft for the austenite stainless steel. This craft makes the improvement in the original two person two-sided synchronized GTAW craft foundation which one time welding two-sides formings. A series of welding engineer testing on 8 mm SUS304 were carried on. The new craft could guarantee the welding quality in contrast with the original two person two-sided synchronized GTAW.

主要研究了一种改进了的奥氏体不锈钢的双人双面同步钨极氩弧焊工艺，此工艺是在原有的双人双面同步钨极氩弧焊工艺的基础上进行的改进，即将原有的一次焊双面成形改为两次焊成型，并在厚度为8 mm SUS304上进行了一系列焊接工艺试验，验证了这项新工艺与常规双人TIG双面焊相比，能保证焊接质量。

First, we analyze the time complexity, space complexity and compression ratio of RFID data compression which uses traditional compression algorithm.

本文首先分析传统压缩算法在RFID数据上的应用，所需的时间复杂度，空间复杂度以及平均压缩效率；其次，分析改进型的压缩算法在RFID数据上的应用，所需的时间复杂度，空间复杂度以及平均压缩效率，通过对两种压缩算法的分析比较，体现改进压缩算法的有效性，并讨论小型企业和大型企业运用改进算法存储RFID数据的一些不同之处。

Firstly, on the basis of defining the characteristics of project and reviewing the mathematical models for RCPSP, we constructed the mathematical model for RCPSP under the condition that there is non-fixed duration and splittable tasks in project; In order to solve above model, we emphatically discussed the basic principle of the swarm intelligence algorithm--the particle swarm optimization algorithm as well as improvement research for current algorithm, and then proposed a new improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and analyzed its application process in the resource-constrained project scheduling problem; Lastly, in order to confirm the validity of the model and the algorithm, we took an experiment based on 108 instances that produced by problem instance generator which was developed by our team.

首先，在对RCPSP项目特征进行界定以及对项目进度优化模型回顾的基础之上，构建了基于活动工期不固定、任务可拆分特征的RCPSP的数学模型；为了求解上述模型，本文详细阐述粒子群优化算法(Particle Swarm Optimization，PSO)的基本原理以及当前对其改进的研究成果，提出了一种新的改进PSO算法，并对其在RCPSP的应用过程进行了设计；最后，为了检验模型的有效性及算法的优越性，基于梯队内部开发的案例生成器生成的108个算例，进行了仿真试验。

The results show that the simulated track of Bilis has about 39% and 16% improvement averaged during the 72 h forecasts after the assimilation of dropsonde and QuikSCAT data, respectively. The simulation of radar reflectivity is also improved. Similarly, the simulated track of Kaemi is improved by 26% and 21% by assimilating dropsonde and QuikSCAT data, respectively. However, the data assimilation appears to have no improvement in terms of radar reflectivity simulation for the Kaemi case.
