ZnO, MgO and SiO_2 powders were covered on top of the alloy as dopants, the effects and principles of the dopants were discussed. Based these, SiC particles were made into preforms with different distribution of air holes by changing the granularity of SiC particles and the content of graphite additive, and the oxidation growth of aluminum alloy melt into the air holes within the preform was controlled to prepare SiC/Al_2O_3/Al composite with inerratic shape. And the SiC particles effect principle to the oxidation of SiC/Al2O3/Al composite was studied.

Results: Proliferation of K562 cells was significantly inhibited by naringenin and the IC50 at 24, 48 and 72h were 455, 225 and 175μmol/L respectively. Cell growth inhibition and apoptosis were observed under light microscope and transmission electron microscope. Observation by flow cytometry indicated that K562 cells were blocked in G0/G1 phase of cell cycle in naringenin group, and S phase cells were remarkably decreased. PCNA expression in each treatment group was remarkably less than in control group.

结果：柚皮素对K562细胞增殖有明显抑制作用，作用24，48和72h后的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为455，225和175μmol/I；柚皮素处理组细胞在普通光镜和电镜下均见观察到显著的增殖抑制和典型的细胞凋亡形态学改变；流式细胞仪分析证实柚皮素能使K562细胞聚积在G0/Gl期，S期细胞减少；在处理组PCNA的表达显著低于对照组。

Nowadays most of researches on the multicast routing are how to generate multicast tree. In case of multicast tree failure, there need to re-route all of nodes behind the failure point so much as re-build the whole tree, this will deteriorate Quality-of-Service, on the other hand, it is insufferable in some multicast applications. We proposed a Fault-Tolerant multicast scheme to resolve this problem. Our scheme creates backup paths crosswise in the ramose node. It can reduce additional cost greatly and recover the failure of multicast tree rapidly.
