If any distance of these bony structures was much less than the mean one, may cause inadequate opening of the specula blade and resulting dissatisfied operative field. Microadenomas or cystic tumors perhaps can be operated even in a narrow exposure, but large or giant solid adenomas may need a proper evaluation including changing the operative approach or performing a bilateral submucous inferior conchotomy or posterior ethmoidectomy firstly.

手术中还利用CT导航系统观察棒研究了经口—鼻蝶窦入路在斜坡区和前颅底能够达到的实际有效操作范围，为扩大经蝶窦入路手术在斜坡区和前颅底的应用奠定基础，在国内外尚未见同类报道。41例垂体瘤患者梨状孔平均宽度27.2mm±3.1，下鼻甲根部附着处间距30mm±4.1，中鼻甲根部附着处间距27.9mm±4.3，这是经口—鼻蝶窦入路手术中，对Hardy双瓣鼻窥器张开限制的主要骨性结构，若患者这些径线值明显小于平均值，则可能因为鼻窥器打开不充分而影响手术暴露，当然对于垂体微腺瘤和以囊变为主的垂体瘤可能影响不大，但对于大和巨大垂体瘤必须要有充分的准备，包括评估是否改用其他入路，或先行鼻甲切除再行经蝶手术。

The paper introduces the characteristics and performance of HGIS devices and their application in Bao'an Converter Station of GuiGuang II DC Project,and analyzes the abnormal condition that a 500 kV HGIS disconnector did not work correctly due to the difference between its framework and blueprint.Based on the analysis of the original blueprint,three design alternation schemes are presented and compared to compensate the mismatch,and the realization of a scheme in this station is discussed.In addition,some suggestions about design,commissioning and operation of an HGIS are proposed.

笔者首先简要介绍了HGIS设备的特点、性能以及国产500 kV HGIS开关设备在贵广II回直流工程宝安换流站的应用情况，接着分析了因隔离开关机构箱与设计图存在一些差别导致现场调试过程中出现隔离开关不能正常操作的情况，在分析原始设计图的设计原则的基础上，给出了3种设计变更方案及其优劣性对比，介绍了该站所选方案的具体实现情况，最后给出了在今后的HGIS设计、调试和运行过程中须注意的几点建议。

Based on an analysis of distribution pattern of hydrocyclone"s axial velocity, by changing the inlet flow rate Qi and split ratio Fand making an investigation in the effect of Qi and F on axial velocity field, the factors causing the forming of short-cut circuit and circulating flow are found. It is considered that the short-cut circuit and circulating flow are produced by the structure of the hydrocyclone, and can"t be eliminated completely, though they interfere the flow field inside a hydrocyclone and affect the separation accuracy. Test results show that, by increasing Qi and F and controlling them in a certain range, the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone can be improved.
