Objective:to investigate the effect of damage control surgeryin the theatment ofacute mesenteric ischemia.methods: a retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of eight cases with ami treated by dcs from june 2006 to december 2007.results: operations were immediately performed in all eight patients with ami after final diagnosis,including six cases treated with different limitation of enterotomy; five with temporary abdominal closure and exteriorization of intestine,three with abdominal closure of venous nutrition transfusion container; seven with two-stage operation in different means.five cases survived or improved three died, one of which died two months after discharge due to short bowel syndrome.conclusion:it is very difficult to treat the ami patients owing to the restriction of technology and equipment.
目的:探讨损伤控制外科在治疗急性肠系膜缺血疾病中的应用。方法:对2006年6月~2007年12月应用dcs理念指导救治的8例急性肠系膜缺血疾病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:对8例急性肠系膜血管缺血疾病均于确诊后立即手术探查,其中6例做了不同范围的肠切除;5例做暂时关腹术加肠外置,3例用静脉营养输液袋关腹;7例进行不同方式的二期手术。本组5例痊愈或好转出院;3例死亡,其中1例为短肠综合征出院2个月后死亡。结论:在治疗急性肠系膜血管缺血疾病病人的治疗中,在许多医院因设备和技术等条件的限制,处理十分困难。

The contents are the following:In chapter two, the existence and multiplicity results for the following equation of p-Laplacian type are obtained.For the elliptic quasilinear hemivariational inequality involving the p-Laplacian operator,in order to use the mountain pass theorem proving the existence result, the authors usually need to use the uniform convexity of the Sobolev space to prove the energy function satisfies the PS condition. But for the p-Laplacian type equation mentioned above, this method is no use. To overcome this difficulty, the potential function is assumed to be convex, then I prove the existence result and by using the extension of the Ricceri theorem, the multiplicity result for the problem is obtained.
在第二章我们首先考虑关于以下p-Laplacian型(p-Laplacian type)方程非平凡解及多解的存在性对于带有p-Laplacian算子的椭圆拟线性半边分不等式问题,为应用非光滑的山路引理证明解的存在性,在证明方程所对应的能量泛函满足非光滑的PS条件时,需利用Sobolev空间的一致凸性,但是对于具有更一般形式的算子的p-Laplacian型方程,不具备上述性质,在文中为克服这一困难,本人对位势泛函做了一致凸的假设,从而证明了解的存在性,并应用推广的Ricceri定理,证明了方程三个解的存在性。

Firstly, the research studies the coding rule of the PDF417 barcode and designs related computer code algorithm, with making it programmed, and completes the coding part of the system software. Next, the coding and decoding principle of Reed-Solomon error-correcting code is briefly introduced. According to thecoding and decoding principle in galois field GF(929), to analyze and study its practical application with emphasis in this topic. Then, the PDF417 barcode decoding process is analyzed and studied detailed according to the barcode coding principle, with the corresponding realization method designed, improving the design in theory aspect by using material example, at the same time programming the design method to complete the decoding part of the system. Finally, validated the system program in the practical application of image information aspect, by using the nonrepeatability and the randomicity characteristic of Julia mark shape artwork.
本课题首先研究PDF417条码的编码规则并设计相关的计算机编码算法使其程序化,完成系统软件的编码部分;其次,简要介绍Reed—Solomon错误控制码的编码与译码原理,在伽罗瓦域GF(929)内根据其编译码的原理重点分析与研究其在本课题中的实际应用;然后根据条码的编码原则对PDF417条码的译码过程进行详细的分析与研究,并设计出相应的实现方法,利用具体实例对设计方法进行理论方面的实践同时将设计方法程序化完成系统软件的译码部分;最后利用Julia集分形图形的不可重复性和随机性的特点对系统软件在图像信息方面的实际应用进行了验证。

In chapter 4, Based on the orthogonality relations and duality of C-algebras, we study the decompositions of C-algebras, and give a Fourier inversion formula on C-algebras, which generalizes the Fourier inversion formula on the center of a finite group algebra over complex. As an application, we characterize the integral closure of C-algebras over the ring of integers, and show a necessary and sufficitient condition for elements of C-algbras being algbraic integral over integers.
