This paper takes finance management reformation in Dongfeng Nissan for example, explaining that under macro background of information economy and network revolution and with the reference of existing theoretical framework of strategic management accounting, focusing on the crying for car enterprise strategic management, demonstrating impersonally and reasoningly strategic management accounting's practical condition in application in car enterprises and the existing problems in actual usage. It let us understand how strategic management accounting penetrated strategic management idea to the management accounting information system in car enterprise, providing information for car enterprises management , making car enterprises to get permanent strategic competitiveness and accelerating to promote the application course of strategic management accounting theory in practice of car enterprise finance management.

本文以东风日产公司财务管理变革为例，在知识经济和网络革命的宏观背景下，以战略管理会计既有的理论框架为依据，着眼于汽车企业战略管理的迫切需要，客观而又理性地论证战略管理会计在汽车企业应用的现实条件，实际应用中存在的问题，使我们了解战略管理会计是如何将战略管理理念渗透到整个汽车企业的管理会计信息系统中，为汽车企业的管理提供信息，使汽车企业获得持久的战略竞争力，从而加速推动战略管理会计理论在汽车企业财务管理实践中的应用进程。

In addition, we proposed a new approach to implement a descrambler. The security problem of speech communication has always been a demanding problem in military and business areas. A common approach to realizing end-to-end security is the use of a scrambler. Most of the scramblers are based on the permutation of speech signals in the time domain and/or frequency domain. On the other hand, descramblers are used to eavesdrop information from scrambled speech signals. We treated the descrambling problem as a puzzle solving problem. Some speech signals were used to demonstrate the performance of the proposed methods.

接著我们将此演算法应用於语音通讯保密的语音解搅拌器上，语音通讯保密已经被广泛应用在军事与商业领域，一般的作法是将语音搅拌器使用在端点对端点的保密上，而大部分的语音搅拌器都是以时域与频域为基础来进行排列搅拌，另一方面语音解搅拌器也必须防止窃听者盗取搅拌后的语音讯号，在此实验上，我们将语音解搅拌的问题视为解拼图的问题，并且利用我们所提出的解拼图方法来实作其应用，最后我们采用一些范例来展示其结果。

Many tree species at the same time and solve the spatial heterogeneity which empirical method could not achieve. Therefore, the assessment method could be applied in the selection of species for afforestation or species selection in the forest restoration areas.From collecting the attributes of planting species, spatial distribution data and environmental factors, we could integrate and analyze the data for further simulating the forest dynamics of forest in Taiwan. The impact of global change on forest also could be evaluated.

In the past, researches focused only on sole function of bacteria such as tricalcium phosphate or ferric phosphate solubilization. In order to efficiently develop superior phosphate solubilizing microorganisms which are useful on various crops, a team includes Professors C.C. Young, C.C. Tang, S.H. Su, H.J. Chen and C.T. Lo in National Chung Hsing University and National Formosa University was established. Microbial consortiums include phosphate solubilizing bacteria, phosphate solubilizing actinomycetes, phosphate solubilizing yeast, and phosphate solubilizing fungi will be designed in the present study and their capabilities to promote crop growth will be demonstrated. The suitable phosphate solubilizing bacterial formula will also be designed. Consideration for the specificity and adaptation of phosphate solubilizing microorganisms to their host crops, the designed biofertilizers will be used as inoculants to increase the yields of various crops meanwhile reduce the overdose usage of chemical fertilizers.

过去研究溶磷菌主要是在各别溶磷之功能上之研发，如溶磷酸钙及溶磷铁，本计画为缩短不同菌种筛选在不同作物之效应评估工作，以组成一研究团队进行不同类型菌种之应用评估，成员涵盖二个大学的研究团队，包括杨秋忠、谭镇中、苏孝华及罗朝村等教授，分别研究细菌、放线菌、酵母菌及木霉真菌，另在菌剂生产配方由陈鸿基教授研究，以提高多元化应用土壤磷素之有效利用，并达到不同作物之应用效应评估，期以探讨开发不同作物专用之微生物肥料之可行性及问题，以减少化学磷肥之施用，降低土壤劣化提高农民所得之目的。
