Both from practical and prospective viewpoints, this work outspreaded from two interpenetrating fields. On one hand, the pseudo-fluid approach closured by the KTGF was improved. On the other hand, a CFBB model with continuous parameter was established to simulate the flow, combustion as well as heat transfer behaviors. The design of a CFBB was also conducted.

本着务实和前瞻的精神，本文工作从两方面展开：其一是从微观机理出发，发展并改进颗粒流体动理论封闭的拟流体模型；其二在机理研究基础之上，用拟流体观点建立一套连续分布参数的锅炉模型，模拟循环床锅炉中的流动、燃烧、传热等过程，并进行设计研究。

Combined with the KBE-Based design of Turbo Expansion Engine, the acquisition, classi- fication, deduction and application about the knowledge was introduced on the theory of general knowledge database.

结合基于KBE的透平膨胀机设计，以广义知识库概念为理论基础，阐述了设计中知识的获取、分类到推理、应用等一系列过程的工作，分析了建立的深层和浅层知识系统，在传统知识工程的基础上，提出了将广义知识库与大型CAD软件知识熔接工具相结合的设计框架。

Finally, the effects of carotenoids in nacres or pearls on their commercial value, and the formation mechanism of nacres are discussed preliminarily in terms of the previous works and the results done in this paper.

最后在总结前人及本文工作资料的基础上，对珍珠及珍珠层中类胡萝卜素的存在对珍珠价值和质量的影响及珍珠层的形成过程两个问题进行了初步探讨。

通过数值模拟，获得了不同皮肤组织结构模型下上臂皮肤组织内的稳态温度场和90℃高温热源作用15 s后皮肤组织内的温度分布，以及皮肤组织热损伤深度的变化、常热流作用下皮肤组织表面的温升曲线和表面绝热条件下皮肤组织内的稳态温升分布。研究结果表明，皮肤组织的多层传热数学模型更能真实地描述皮肤组织内的传热过程，因此值得在实际工作中推广应用。
