The technologic flow of the MEMS unit's manufacture combining optical score, sacrifice layer, chymic deposit with the SL prototyping technology is researched and experimental sample is done. Taking 3D capacitance micro actuator done by RP technology as a example, the main point of the manufacturing technics is illuminated, the new way manufacturing complex micro mechanical structure is explored.

在介绍了微电子机械系统基本情况的基础上，首次提出了将RP技术应用于MEMS的思想以及平面掩膜式光固化快速成型方案；开发了实验用掩膜，设计并制作了平面曝光成型的实验装置该装置；首次研究了将光刻技术、牺牲层技术、化学淀积镀膜与光固化快速成型制造技术等相结合，来制作MEMS件的工艺流程，并制作了实验样件。

Finally, the effect of the complete recycling use of distilled effluent on ethanol fermentation was examined in order to save the cost for the treatment of waste distillage and promote cleansing production. Based on the data of 13 circulations, although the average fermentation time needed to be extended to 30~40 hours, over 12.5% ethanol was achieved, at the same time, residual reducing sugar and total sugar were maintained below 0.70% and 0.90%, which indicates that the negative effect of the completely recycling use of waste distillage was limited, and the waste distillage can be completely recycled within the fermentation system.

在此基础上，从减轻废糟液处理负荷，实现清洁生产的需要出发，进行了无种子罐条件下酒精蒸馏废液直接全循环使用的自絮凝颗粒酵母酒精连续发酵实验研究，十三次全循环运行得到的实验数据，与无废液循环的实验结果相比，虽然平均发酵时间略增至30h～40h，但发酵终点酒精浓度仍达到12.5％以上，残还原糖和残总糖分别在0.70％和0.90％以下，说明循环积累物对发酵的影响有限，废糟液直接全循环使用的工艺技术路线可行。

On the basis of dynamic isothermal adsorption, the three models for Langmuir, Langmuir-Freundlich and Expended-Langmuir are used to fit the experimental data of Hg(superscript 2+) adsorbed by the hollow fiber affinity membrane modified with mercapto, and the fitting degree of the three models to the experimental data is investigated by Language C++.

The research of polymer/layered silicate nanocomposite was introduced detailedly, including the classify, property and the latest research advance. On the basis of consulting the document and the exploratory experiment, the experimental method which first creative preparing poly (acrylonitrile-vinyl acetate)/raontmorillonite nanocomposite by emulsion intercalation copolymerization was established; the structure and property of polyacrylonitrle different molecule weight with inorganic mineral super fine nanocomposite was reseached. The reaction principle of PMMA by photo-initution was explored. The mixture principle with productor condition, property of PE/Clay nanocomposite milt insert was seal prived. By PS/Clay nanocomposite munufacture, the monomer ins-polymerization and polymerial solution was proved.

在查阅文献和探索性实验的基础上，确定采用乳液原位插层聚合方法首先创制了聚/蒙脱土纳米复合材料，利用正交实验得出了最佳实验条件，通过X射线衍射和红外光谱对纳米复合材料的结构进行表征，研究了复合材料的溶解性能，并测定了其溶液的绝对粘度；研究了不同相对分子质量的聚丙烯腈与不同的无机矿物超细粉复合材料的结构与性能；探讨了在蒙脱土中光引发聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的反应机理；通过聚乙烯与粘土的纳米复合材料制备，探讨了热塑性树脂熔融插层复合机理与最佳工艺条件和复合材料性能关系；通过聚苯乙烯与蒙脱土纳米复合材料制备，验证了单体原位聚合插层和聚合物溶液插层机理。

Finally, we evaluated the protype system and an open source code anomaly detection system-snort with DARPA 1999, DARPA 2000 data set and the real network flow. The result shows that the algorithms presented in the paper are more improved than snort.

在不同数据集(DARPA1999，DARPA2000)以及实际网络流量上对异常检测原型系统以及开放源码的异常检测系统snort进行对比实验，实验结果表明所提出的算法在误报率、漏报率上都有了很大的提高。

On the basis of researches above, a prototype which consists of two paralleled DC/DC SEPIC converters with coupled inductors is designed. Some experiments have been made. The experimental results show that the approach proposed is accurate and feasible again.

同时，在此基础上，本文搭建了由两个具有耦合电感的SEPIC变换器并联所构成的实验平台，并通过该实验平台对所提出的单周期均流控制策略进行了实验研究，实验结果再次证明了该均流控制策略的正确性和可行性。

Results In static phantom studies, the percent error of mean activity obtained by Carson's method was reduced to about 9 %, and it is less than that of image-derived method using maximum likelihood expectation maximization (about 14 %). In simulated dynamic phantom studies, the vessel component could be extracted using ICA in image and sinogram domain. In sinogram domain, the six components extracted by ICA could be obtained quickly.

在静态物理假体实验结果来看，使用Carson's method计算出感兴趣区域活性的百分比误差( 9%)比直接从影像取得活性的百分比误差( 14%)来得小；从数位模拟动态假体实验结果来看，独立成份分析法运用在影像空间或是弦波图空间上，都可以将血管分离出来，但从弦波图空间上得到各个独立成份相对於影像空间就快得多；imageICA和sinogramICA计算出的输入函数的标准化均方根误差分别是0.57和0.28。

Based on numerical computation, glass microfiuidic chips are fabricated, and experiments using microfluid fluorescence visualization technology are conducted to study sample electrophoresis transport characteristics in microchannel turns, with the aim to verify results of numerical computation.

At the same time, the resonant frequencies of four kinds of resonator are calculated by the programs which are made with Matlab software. The effect of resonator geometrical parameters on resonant frequency is theoretically analyzed. In order to carry out the acoustic and aerodynamics performances tests, seven resonators are designed and made, and a specialized engine intake silencer and exhaust silencers test bench was designed. The tests and analysis are performed as well.
