现场调查分析表明，屠宰废水是一类富含有机氮的有机废水，其NH_3-N浓度在整个生物处理工艺过程中存在一定变化规律，特别在厌氧之后，NH3-N浓度将大幅增加(净增加70%—150%)，显然多数以进口NH_3-N指标进行硝化及反硝化的设计是错误的，且是导致NH_3-N难以达标的一个重要原因。

Livestock wastewater contains not only high concentration of organics, but also amino acid. This paper studied efficiency of UASB applied in such wastewater, and the influences of environmental and operation conditions on ammoification rate were analyzed. Results show that suitable pH for the bacterium had a wide range from 6. 5 to 8, and pH 7 was the best. A positive correlation was between temperature and ammonification rate, while 38℃ was prefered from an economic point of view. Ammonification rate increased with the influent concentration of increase while there's a contrary situation when the organic load increase.

因畜禽废水除了含有大量的有机物，还含有一定量的氨基酸，因此，研究利用UASB处理畜禽废水，在不同环境条件和工况条件下对氨化率的影响，结果表明：氨化菌适应的pH值范围较宽，在6.5~8.0范围均可以较好的生存，其中以7.0为最佳；温度与氨化率基本成正相关关系，从经济等多种角度考虑，中温阶段38℃为最适宜；氨化率随进水浓度的增加而增加；进水有机负荷越大，氨化率越小。

Increasing the calcining temperature at 1500℃ 5h, the morphologies of the product became the big and wide vermiform-fiber form particles, the length was about 2.5 μm, and the width was about 700 nm. In addition, the vermiform-fiber form particle could be found in the filtrated precipitate with the additional ammonium sulfate. If the ratio of ammonium sulfate to alum is above 1, the vermiform-fiber form particle was formed. After calcined at 1500℃ 5h, the particle grow up to 2μm. Adding ammonium sulfate was also reduced the particles size of alumina because the surface area of the products was increased by increasing the quantity of ammonium sulfate.

在明矾与氨水沉淀物经过滤后再额外添加不同硫酸铵的比例，1200℃ 1hr煅烧后，发现添加硫酸铵比例在1以上，其型态亦为蠕虫状纤维，当以1500℃ 5hr煅烧，蠕虫状纤维型态粒子亦变为又大又胖，其粒子尺寸长度约为 2 μm 宽度约为 500 nm；且将煅烧1200℃ 1hr测其比表面积值，会随著硫酸铵的添加量增加，粉体的表面积会增加且粉体变细，添加硫酸铵比例为 4 者所得粉体粒径最小，从比表面积所得结果估计约 150 nm 。

The results indicated: the nitrogen of root,stem and leaf was mainly from soil and fertilizer nitrogen at growth stage,and the nitrogen from root nodule azotification started and increased at later growth stage.

结果表明，在大豆生育前期土壤氮和肥料氮是根、茎、叶片氮素的主要来源，在生育后期根瘤固氮开始增加；随生长大豆荚果氮素中土壤氮所占比例逐渐减小，根瘤固氮所占比例逐渐增加，并在收获期(R8)达到总量的70.6%，肥料氮所占比例一直很低。

The numerical results can exactly illuminate some experimental phenomena, and enrich the theoretical foundation of soft-contact continuous casting technology. In practice, a softcontact mold with slit number of 16 or 24 is recommended, the suggested frequency is around 20kHz, and the slit width is about 1mm.

结果表明：钢液对结晶器内的电磁场分布有很大影响；发现了磁感应强度和弯月面高度随电源频率增加而增大的频率范围、磁感应强度和弯月面高度随切缝数目增加呈&锯齿状&增大的规律；研究结果合理地解释了一些实验现象，完善了软接触结晶器电磁连铸技术的理论基础；建议在实际应用中采用分瓣数为16或24分瓣数的结晶器，电源频率应控制在20kHz左右，切缝宽度应控制在1mm左右。

Results:Osteoblasts has the ability of transmembrane transport of metformin. The transport of metformin could be saturable with time and drug concentration adding;a certain range of temperature and pH can promote the transport of metformin;The transport of metformin was inhibited by cimetidine and phenformin,but promoted by verapamil;Oct1 but no Oct2 was expressed extensively in cell membrane and cytoplasm of osteoblasts;The protein level of Oct1 can be up-regulated by metformin with different drug concentrations and times,but no obvious differentces from each group.

结果：二甲双胍能够在成骨细胞上进行跨膜转运，且随着转运时间和药物浓度的增加而增加，并可达到饱和；一定范围内提高温度和pH值可以促进二甲双胍的转运；西米替丁和苯乙双胍对二甲双胍转运有明显抑制作用，而维拉帕米则对转运有明显的促进作用；Oct1广泛表达在成骨细胞的胞膜及胞浆中，而Oct2无表达；二甲双胍在不同浓度及不同给药时间均能够上调Oct1的表达，但各组间无明显差别。
