Some factors to influence the silicon content of hot metal were proposed on the basis of the experiment in the lab: increasing the binary basicity is favorable to desiliconization; the oxide in slag debases the silicon activity and is of great advantage to desiliconization; Al2O3 and SiO2 are disadvantageous to desiliconization, the volatilization content of SiO2 in coke increases with increasing smelting temperature, leading to increase the silicon content of hot metal; the silicon content of hot metal increases with increasing the drip zone's altitude.

在实验室进行了降低铁水中硅含量的实验，得到了铁水中硅含量的影响因素：提高二元碱度有利于降硅；增加渣中氧化物可降低SiO2的活度有利于降硅；Al2O3和SiO2不利于降硅；冶炼时焦炭中SiO2的挥发量随温度的升高而增多，使铁水中硅含量增加；随着滴落带高度的增加，铁水中硅含量不断增加。

During the whole course of the dynamitic development and evolvement of redox zones, concentrations of TOC, sulfide, NH+4-N, HCO-3, CO2 and Fe2+ increased with time and decreased with distance; concentrations of NO-3 and DO decreased with time and increased with distance; SO2-4 concentration decreased first and then increased over time; but decreased with distance.

The influences of Ce on the microstructure and mechanics performances of Ti-Fe-Mo-Mn-Nb-Zr alloys were studied and presented in this paper. The microstructure of no-Ce Ti-Fe-Mo-Mn-Nb-Zr alloy was thick, long and dendritic,and the microstructure of alloy was fined by Ce. With the increase in Ce wt%, the microstructure became equiaxial gradually.

Results show that there is remarkable correlation between the land use types and SOM. From1981 to 2000, the content of SOM increased in the whole area mainly because of the transformation from virgin grass land to cultivated land and increase of irrigable land. The average content of SOM increased by 28% and increased from 9.64 g/kg to 12.35 g/kg. The calculating results are compared with the test data in available literatures and FEM results. The research results show that the plastic hinge model is precise and correct, which can satisfy with the actual engineering demands. The collapse pressure of perforated liner casing decreases with phrase angle, initial ovalization and diameter-thickness ratio increasing, and increases with the yield stress. The phrase angle and initial ovalization have greatly influence on the collapse pressure. The collapse pressure of perforated liner casing is slightly changed with the diameter and density of perforation when the diameter and density are smaller than 12mm and 120 shots per meter, respectively.

计算结果表明：筛管抗挤强度的塑性铰模型具有很高的计算精度和准确度，可以满足工程实际需要；筛管抗挤强度随着射孔相位角、径厚比和初始椭圆度的增加而降低，随着屈服强度的增加而增加，相位角和椭圆度对筛管抗挤强度影响比较显著；在射孔直径小于12 mm、射孔密度小于120 孔/ m 时，筛管抗挤强度随射孔直径和射孔密度增加变化不明显。
