Among these results, we suggested that the monomer structure play a important role between E-O performances and morphology. Monomer STD02 shows fastest response time, and monomer M3 exhibits slowest one. As a result for roughness, it's the same with response time. From SEM photograph, the beadlike morphology was obtained from monomers without spacers. On the other hand, the filberlike morphology was obtained from monomers with spacers. It's suggested that the more harder structure will lead to the former, and the more softer structure will lead to the latter.

发现 STD02 反应时间最快，而 M3 则是最慢，而粗糙度大小也是与反应时间相符合，最大的是 STD02 而最小的是 M3，在 SEM 下结果显示，各单体所呈现的型态皆为颗粒状且排列均匀，因无含烷链段关系导致形成的型态为颗粒状，论文里有提到另一种单体含烷链段其所形成的型态为纤维状，以结构上来看，越是刚硬之单体所形成的型态都较易为水滴或是米粒状，而结构上越是柔软，所形成的型态都较易为稻穗或是纤维状。

The patient was a 66-year-old male who presented with paraparesis. On examination, strength was 5/5 in both upper extremities and 3-4/5 in both lower extremities. Pricking sensation was relatively retarded below the sixth thoracic vertebra on both sides. Fine-touch sensation was limited below the ninth thoracic vertebra on the right side and below the eleventh thoracic vertebra on the left side. Responses to vibration and joint position sense were well preserved. Deep tendon reflexes were increased in his legs. He had voluntary anal contraction and preserved anal and bulbocavernous reflexes. MRI revealed dissection of the descending aorta from T4 to T10 levels with thrombus present in the false lumen, and the thoracic cord was marked atrophy, especially from T6 to T8 levels. To the best of our knowledge, no such case had been reported so far.

这是一位66岁的男性病患，到院时以下半身轻截瘫来表现，检查后发现其双上肢肌力为5/5而双下肢肌力则为3-4/5，刺痛觉在两侧第六胸椎以下异常，轻触觉在右侧第九胸椎与左侧第十一胸椎以下异常，震动觉与本体感觉则皆属正常，深肌腱反射在两下肢均有异常增强的情形，肛门的主动收缩正常且肛门反射与球体海绵体肌反射均正常，核磁共振影像显示降主动脉在T4到T10处有剥离的情形并於伪腔内发现血栓，此外，病患之胸部脊髓则有明显萎缩的现象，以T6到T8处最为明显，就目前可见的文献资料，并无类似的报告被提出。

The angles and curvatures of superior and inferior walls of first and second bends were measured. The 2D curvature of ear canal was computed by sine and cosine laws. Third, the in-vivo human ear canal was reconstructed by RE. The distribution of sound field was analyzed by FEM. The data obtained in this study can be the reference for clinicians and audiologists. Fourth, the 3D model of earmold of hearing aids, including the ear shell and the housing, was reconstructed by RE based on the image of in-vivo human ear canal obtained by CT.

本研究主题其四，对於听力受损之患者往往皆须选配助听器帮助其放大声音，其中耳模是助听器的外壳，也是接触到耳朵的仪器，而耳道型助听器系位於耳甲艇及耳甲腔延伸至耳道第一弯道处，在制作耳模必须利用灌模方式来取得紧配之耳模，其中耳模在助听器的使用过程中，常因耳模松脱，无法与人耳道紧密配合而造成漏音，因此，利用活体人外耳道电脑断层影像，重建耳道型助听器耳模之三维立体模型影像，其中耳模包括了耳壳及耳模内部空间，并进行几何外型量测，探讨耳道型助听器之体容积大小，也提供了制作耳模时快速、精确度高、减少翻模及修模次数，可减少误差率之方法。
