The TECO Technology Competition on robotics this year is quite successful considering the number of teams participated. However, we expect a significant expansion of this competition next year to attract more excellent research groups. By properly protecting the intellectual right of the teams, this competition will become a very good vehicle to demonstrate the achievement of robotics research and development in Taiwan. The competition also encourages people to participate in the technology development and innovation.

期待「东元科技创意竞赛」可以有效的鼓励并吸引各界有相当研究成果的团队或个人参赛，然后在不影响参赛者的技术权力下，将结果公开并且广泛地宣传，提供各界了解台湾在机器人领域发展的情况，以提高国人兴趣，激励信心，或是更进一步地分析国内外发展情形与比较，以了解我们该发展的方向。

The uncertainty problems in dam safety monitoring were studied in this dissertation. Based on regarding dam and its bedrock as an uncertainty system, the international actuality of correlative research was reviewed, and then closely combining with engineering practice, umpty analyses methods and their applications for uncertainty problems in dam safety monitoring were studied.

以大坝安全监控中的不确定性问题为研究对象，在综论国内外有关研究现状的基础上，将大坝及其坝基看作是受诸多不确定性因素影响的不确定性系统，并在此基础上紧密结合工程实际，对大坝安全监控中若干不确定性问题的分析方法与应用进行了深入研究。

Underlain by these studies, several representative BI products from well-known IT software providers are investigated, and the status quo of BI"s application inside and outside China is summerized. Then based on the author"s practical experience in a large stated-owned enterprise, the implementation of BI in this enterprise is researched and its internal mechanism is analyzed and evaluated, moreover, some coding experiments of an explorative system that aims at the implementation of relation rules mining functions are conducted. Finally, the problems from the BIs application in China are discussed and some corresponding strategies are proposed.

在此基础上，本文多角度多层次地重点研究了商务智能的应用：分析了主流软件供应商的商务智能产品，总结了国内外应用现状；深入国内某大型企业，在实践基础上剖析了该企业的商务智能实施状况、商务智能系统机理并对其加以评价；进行了小型试验系统的探索性研究，完成了数据挖掘中关联规则的代码实现；从国家和行业、企业、软件、管理咨询、项目实施等五个宏观与微观角度，探讨了国内商务智能应用中存在的问题，并探索性地提出了相应的解决方案。
