The concept of transfer capability and the intension of ATC under power market are raveled more and the transfer capability integrated estimation system is formed preliminarily.

本文在回顾、评述国内外关于输电能力问题研究状况的基础上，在电力系统运行调度层面，从更广义的角度出发，对静态条件下输电能力的计算和ATC的决策进行了全面、深入的研究，在输电能力计算算法和ATC决策机制研究方面取得相应进展，进一步清晰了电力市场环境下输电能力的概念和ATC的内涵，初步构建了适应市场经济规律的输电能力综合评价体系。

By contrasting the three main ways of the world such as low-voltage impulse、 short circuit impedance analysis and frequency response analysis , FRA is adopted for distortion testing.
