Plantletsurvival after transfer to sand was 52.5%.The induction rate of calli was66.7%~86.6% and the optimum medium was MS medium with 0.5mg/L 6-BA and2.0mg/L 2,4-D. The calli became smallest partical size, friable and had gooddispersion ability after 3 times successive transfer culture, the optimum medium wasMS medium with 0.2mg/L 6-BA and 2.0mg/L 2,4-D. Culturing these particles on sixkinds of MS liquid media with different hormone contents, the optimum medium wasselected basing on he change of the density of single-cell, the density of cellaggrefate and the mass of cell.

In order to obtain more exact analytical solution to study the output characteristics of double-clad fiber lasers,according to the continuous-wave rate equations of fiber lasers,using typical parameters of double-clad fiber lasers,the contribution of the re-emission effect arising from the interaction between the upper-level atoms and pump light was estimated.Taking into account the predominant part of the re-emission to improve the accuracy of the integration approximated rate equations,the integration of the product of the loss and radiation should be found and explicit analytical expressions for the output of the DCFLs and gradient efficiency of the pump radiation,were deduced,and certain issues of concern were discussed.

Firstly, based on the sliding mode control and backstepping technique, a new attitude tracking controller is derived to control the attitude motion of spacecraft, the stability of the system is analyzed via Lyapunov method and the reaction wheel dynamics is also considered from the real applications point of view. The whole design process is divided into two steps: the first step is to use sliding control technique to design suppositional adaptive variable structure controller; and the second step is to design attitude tracking controller based on SMC and backstepping technique. Numerical simulations are performed to show that both tracking maneuver and vibration suppression can be accomplished effectively.
