Bronchiolitis obliterans is the most disturbing complication following lung transplantation. This study is to investigate whether prolonged ischemia would promote early establishment of BO Material and Methods Left lower lobectomy was performed from miniature swine. Lung fragments, each measured 1 cm3, contained terminal bronchioles were auto- or alloimplanted into the subcutaneous area around the nipples. These lung implants were removed on 7th; 14 th; 21 th; 28th and 56th days and were fixed for histological examination. Experimental group using the same procedures but the left lower lobe was washed with 4.degree.C Lactate ringer via interlobar artery before lobar bronchus was resected.

肺移植后的阻塞性细支气管炎是肺移植后最困扰的并发症，本研究的目的希望了解缺血时间的延长是否会促进阻塞性细支气管炎提早发生实验方法施行小猪的左下肺叶切除手术，将取下的肺切成含终末支气管1 公分立方的肺小块，以自体及异体异位肺移植模式，将植入小猪皮下的肺小块於植入后第7、14、21、28 及56 天取下，在病理下检示其病理变化，并利用原位灌留的方式将左下肺叶以4℃林格氏液灌洗后再摘除之，观察有无灌洗对於阻塞性细支气管炎生成的影响。

Results showed that DCF with different dosages could increase the frequency of micronucleated erythrocytes markedly,except the first injection of the dosage with 5 and 10 mg/kg,every group caused an increase in the frequency of nuclear abnormality erythrocytes,the effects in cell membrane and cytoplasm were less than the effects in karyon by DCF,and the most toxicity was exhibited after the second injection.

结果表明，注射DCF后所有剂量组均能引起中华蟾蜍红细胞微核细胞率显著升高；除5，10mg／kg剂量组在第1次注射后较对照组低外，其他注射剂量和次数均引起核异常细胞率升高，DCF对细胞膜与细胞质的影响小于其对细胞核的影响，在4次注射中以第2次注射后对红细胞的毒性效应最大。

Results:Out of the nine tuberculose patients,six healed after second operation,one sinus formation,two died.Out of the two disruption of wound,one was re-sutured and healed,the other healed after a long term of dressing changing.Seven infectious incision were controlled within one month.Out of the nine cerebrospinal fluid fistulae,eight were cured conservatively,only one spinal meninges was repaired.One epidural hematoma was cleared and made a good healing.Out of the two mold infection,one was cured after focal clearing,the other developed to chronic recurrent sinusitis.Four patients with sore healed after decompression.The other eight patients (four by hemostasis narcotic,two by liquefied fat,two by dermal allergic papular eczema) had good healing after intra-red therapy.

结果：9例结核患者再次手术后6例愈合，1例窦道形成，2例死亡；切口裂开2例中1例经切口再缝合愈合良好，另1例经10个月长期换药切口愈合；7例切口感染者均在1个月内控制感染；9例脑脊液漏，其中8例经保守治疗愈合，1例行脑脊膜再次修补术；1例硬膜外血肿清除后愈合良好；霉菌感染2例，其中1例经病灶清除后切口愈合，另1例演变成复发性窦道炎；4例压疮去除压迫后溃疡愈合；另外8例切口延迟愈合者中止血水引起者4例，脂肪液化2例，皮肤过敏2例，均经红外线照射后切口愈合。

The results showed that 7-day-precultured embryogenic calli had the best responses for bombardment among 2-7 day' preculture duration. Particles of gold and tungsten were both found suitable for rice transformation and there was no adverse effect when tungsten particles were reduced to 1/3 standard amount for DNA precipitation on transient GUS gene expression. A preliminary microprojectile transformation system with an average of 15-20 blue spots/explant GUS expression was routinely obtained for 'Tainung 67' by using the particle gun with 1,100 psi rupture disk, 6 or 9 cm microcarrier flight distance and 4 mm of macrocarrier flight distance setting.
