By analysis of frequency spectrum based on MATLAB platform, wavelet method in the application of cutting out a section of inputting earthquake wave was presented. In the process of pseudo dynamic test results, the method of non-dimensional representation and analytic representation of hysteretic curve was provided. The above two methods will help to compare dissipation energy capacity of this structure at the different acceleration peak value stage of pseudo dynamic test more precisely and comparably.

通过基于MATLAB的地震波频谱分析，说明了小波分析方法在拟动力试验中地震波截取方面的应用：在拟动力分段试验数据的处理方面，本文将试验结果的无纲量表示方法以及曲线的多项式拟合法引入滞回曲线的数据处理，这将有助于拟动力试验不同加速度峰值条件下，各阶段结构耗能能力的客观比较。

By data and regression analysis of recalled valid questionnaires, the applicability and reliability of customer loyalty model in both countries are verified. Furthermore, the similarities and differences in the model and in customers tendentiousness to service measurement scales are also obtained.

在主动遥感方面采用KA模式和双尺度随机粗糙面散射理论模式，在被动遥感方面利用发射率的定义得到有效热发射比，在本文的模型下计算了热发射比以及极化状态的后向散射系数与极化方式、入射角、风速、白冠覆盖率等各参量间的关系，讨论了白冠层的存在对微波遥感模式的影响程度。

There were larger differences in element contents between different organs of mangroves, while sodium distributed equally in the different organs of \%C. eyrei.\%(2)The osmoregulation of 5 mangroves was mainly fulfilled by salt accumulation.(3)Salt exclusion by roots was the most important salt tolerant mechanism of all mangroves. Keeping lower salt contents in above ground organs was the common feature of all mangroves.(4)Except the efficiency in salt exclusion by roots, no apparent deficiencies in element accumulation and distribution could be found between salt excluders \%(K. candel, B. sexangula\% and \%R. stylosa)\% and salt secreters \%(Avicennia marina\% and \%Aegiceras corniculatum).

结果表明：(1)红树植物体内存在一有效的盐分重新分配机制，各器官之间盐分含量差别较大，而甜槠植物体内Na分布相对比较均匀；(2)这5种红树植物主要是通过积累盐分来抵御生境高盐引起的渗透胁迫；(3)根系拒盐是所有红树植物最重要的排盐机制，在满足细胞渗透调节的前提下，保持地上部分器官较低的盐分浓度是所有红树植物的共同特点；(4)拒盐红树植物与泌盐红树植物除根系排盐效率上有所差别外，在植物体各器官元素积累及分配方面，没有明显的差异。

In term of molecular biology, we adopt RAMP in the study for indentifltion of Hericium erinaceus, which were widely cultivated in Jilin province .DNA were extracted. PCR expansion and gel. The results show that there were plentiful expression and great specificity on DNA patterns among strains and the degree of specificity is different, too.

Subsequently, the content is about the flying of a shuttle, because the course of the flying of a shuttle is very complex, it is necessary to study the shuttle according to mechanics and to analyze its course of motion and its change of speed from the view of energy.

第五章谈的是梭箱，这部分从梭箱的设计原理入手，从结构的角度对梭箱进行分析，考虑到梭箱上各执行件间的动作存在一定的逻辑关系，还对执行件动作时间与控制作出论述，从中可以看出重型宽幅织机所独有的特性；第六章论述投梭机构，先构造出投梭机＿重型宽幅织机引纬机构与梭箱的设计＿构的弹性理论模型，从动力学的角度剖析投梭规律，随后分析液压式投梭的工作原－－理和一些特型元器件；第七章论述梭子的飞行运动，考虑到梭子飞行运动的复杂性，我们把梭子飞行运动划分为三个阶段，然后分阶段介绍其运动规律，在对梭子进行＿运动分析的同时还详细分析它的受力情况，在这一章的最后，我们对影响梭子飞行＿的因素也作出了讨论；顺沿这一过程，即是第八章对制梭机构的论述，在这一部分，、主要研究制梭过程与制梭力的情况，同梭子飞行过程一样，制梭过程也分为三个阶段，就每个阶段而言，我们都对其进行受力与运动方面分析，同时也就一些容易出现的问题作出讨论；最后两章是对纬纱交接机构和纬纱的退绕与张力控制作出讨＿论，鉴于这两部分不存在复杂的动力学方面的问题，论述重点便放在结构与原理的分析上面，包括分解纬纱交接机构，解析其动作过程，介绍储纬与纬纱张力的一些情况。

In this thesis , I use relevant theories of regional economics,system engineering methord ,and industry"s economics, and adopt research methords of gange analysis , facts analysis and comparison analysis to make objective and just appraisal on the actural conditions of each country regional economic development of Hubei province on the basis of setting up the comprehensive appraising system of country economic strength ; and I divide all coutry of Hubei into three classes more developed country , the undeveloped country and poor country and analyse the reasons for forming three kinds of different development levels, then I set up plural linear regression model to announce the role of every influence factor in Hubei country economic development by regarding economic development level as depentent variable and regarding the seven influence factors(stock of the capital .industrial structure,government"s efficiency ,economic vigor ,technological innovation ability,agricultu ral innovationability, agr icultural resource and export-oriented degree of economy )as independent variable.

本文运用区域经济学、计量经济学、产业经济学的相关理论，采用规范分析、实证分析、比较分析相结合的研究方法，在建立县域经济综合实力评价体系的基础上，对湖北省各个县域经济发展的实际情况作出了客观公正的评价，并把湖北各县域分为三大类：较发达县、欠发达县和贫困县，且对形成三类县域不同发展水平的原因进行了分析。然后以经济发展水平为因变量，以资本存量、产业结构、政府效率、经济活力、技术创新能力、农业资源禀赋和经济外向度等七个方面的影响因素为自变量，建立多元线性回归模型，揭示各影响因素在湖北县域经济发展中的作用。

The results reveal that:a Pentadactyl vapor transportation in East-Asia change with the appearing , strengthening , weakening , and disappearing of the South China Sea monsoon, the Indian monsoon, subtropical high etc..b Southerly vapor transportation of each longitude areas in East-Asia have different characters in appearance time , speed to north , the place of north bound , speed to south , etc..

主要得出以下结论：(1)东亚地区各候各区域水汽输送的变化，伴随着南海季风、印度季风、副高等天气事件或系统的发生、加强、减弱和消失。(2)各个经度带的偏南风水汽输送在出现时间、北抬进程速度、北界位置、南撤速度等方面均体现了不同的特征；西太平洋副高边缘的东南风水汽输送具有迂回西扩和快速东撤的特点，并且在强盛期能够影响到我国西北地区。
