The rootage induction and transplanting of plantlets were conducted by adding different concentrations of IAA and IBA.The results showed that the effect of IBA on rootage induction was better than that of IAA,and the lowest culture concentration of IBA was 0.4mg/L.

结果表明，大西洋组培苗壮苗后，在生根诱导培养时添加IBA的效果较好；最低生根培养浓度为0.4mg/L IBA；以东北土∶=2∶1为移栽基质，在灭菌条件下，1/2M S+0.6mg/L IBA培养基中组培苗移栽的成活率最高，可达87.61%，而1/2M S+0.4mg/L IAA的移栽成活率仅为41.23%。

During the growth season in the year 1998—2000, through collecting、culturing and identifing the subaerial algae which is in 26 research sites of forest and 11 communities of steppe vegetation, there are 107 species of subaerial algae in Jilin's terrestrial ecosystem which are subordinated to 12 families, 29 genus in Cyanophyta.

在1998—2000年三个生长季节内，通过对设立在森林区内26块研究样地及草原植被带内多状态下的11种群落类型中的亚气生藻类标本采集、培养、鉴定，中国东北森林-草原样带中共有亚气生藻类107种，隶属于蓝藻门、绿藻门及黄藻门的12科29属。

The distributions of subaerial algae in Jilin's terrestrial ecosystem are different with the difference of zonal vegetations. The distinction is embodied in the species quatity and subaerial algae's thallus shape.

由于各种因素的综合影响，东北森林-草原样带中的各地带性植被内的亚气生藻类在分布上有较大差别，这种差别主要体现在种类数量和藻类的原植体形态上。

Research progresses have been performed during the past decade in the following aspects: ecologicaldatabase development, climate and its variability, ecophysiological response of plants to environments,vegetation and landscape changes, biodiversity patterns and their changes, plant functional types and traitswith relation to climatic gradient, productivity and carbon dynamics, pollen-vegetation relationship, tracegas emissions, land use and land cover changes, as well as biogeographical and biogeochemical modelling.

在过去的10年里，中国东北样带的研究进展表现在以下几个方面：生态数据库发展、气候及其变异性、植物对环境的生态生理响应、植被和景观变化、生物多样性格局及其变化、植物功能型和植物性状及气候梯度分析、生产力和碳动态、花粉-植被相互关系、痕量气体放散、土地利用和土地覆盖变化以及生物地理和生物地球化学模拟。

In this paper,the Lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase,superoxide dis-mutase of five tissues of Carassius auratus gibelio; Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus; Esox americanus Gmelin; Leuciscus waleckii in Dalai Lake were studied by vertical polypropylene gel electrophoresis and the isozyme composion of four kinds of fishes were obtained. Then the analysis of the expressing specify of 3 kinds of isozyme in different tissues and loci were carried on and the genetic base of isozyme system was discussed.

本实验采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶的电泳方法对达赉湖的野生鲤鱼、银鲫、狗鱼、东北雅罗鱼的五种组织脏器(肌肉、心脏、肝脏、脑、眼睛)的三种同工酶(苹果酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、超氧化物岐化酶)进行了初步研究，获得了达赉湖四种鱼类物种的同工酶谱，在此基础上对同工酶在不同组织的表达差异和基因位点进行分析，探讨其同工酶系统的遗传基础。

结果表明，以土壤有机质和农用地类型为协因子的球状模型Cokriging总体插值精度最高，试验区内土壤有机质分布格局是四周丘陵和水库区含量较低，巴江河两岸的平原地区、西南角的山前冲积平原含量较高，这也是灌溉水田密集的区域；试验区内土壤有机质含量菜地分布比较均匀、空间相关性很强，而水浇地分布差异较大、空间变异性较高；土壤有机质分布在南北、东北-西南两个方向相关性较强具有各向同性特征，在东南-西北、东西方向具有各向异性特征，受到随机因素的影响变异性较大。
