From April to September, several clusters of bamboos, 3 ~ 4 m long, 1 ~ 2 m wide, were set on the sea bed at a depth of 16 to 20 m to attract their spawning, and the egg-strings were then transported to the laboratory. When the development of the embryo reached stage 24, iris of eyes being prominent as a colour circle and statolith being formed, they were transferred into different rearing conditions, i.e., 20, 25, 30, 35 o/oo and 15, 20, 25, 30 oC. The durations from stage 24 to hatching were different among all different rearing conditions. The statoliths were extracted and mounted in Crystal Bond thermoplastic cement for reading their growth rings.

Based on the force and moment balances on the shaft and compressor frame, mathematical formulation of shaft bearing loads, unbalanced force and moment acting on the frame were made in terms of balance weight design parameters such as masses and installations of the upper and lower balance weights.

In part two, the optical spatiotemporal pattern in ring optic cavity is investigated. Using delay feedback with spatial perturbation method, the system shows roll, square, hexagon, homocentric circle,"honeycomb"and"snowflower" pattern with different spatial perturbation functions. Different patterns can be coexist and compete each other with the same perturbation function, which is the new character of this optical system with delay feedback.

第二部分，利用延时反馈的空间微扰方法研究了环形腔中二能级介质的光学时空斑图的控制，在不同的微扰函数作用下，出现了滚筒状、四方形、六角形、蜂窝状、同心圆以及&雪花&状等不同的斑图，并且在相同的微扰函数下出现了不同斑图之间的竞争，这种竞争是我们发现的这一具有空间微扰的延时反馈非线性光学系统光学斑图的新特征。

In order to understand the mechanism of pollution process around insulator under the wet condition better,based on the principle of computational fluid dynamics CFD, the numerical model,which was used to analyze three-dimensional two-phase uncompressible turbulent flow field around composite insulator in wet weather and convection-diffusion of dust particles,was established.Then,the dynamic simulation of the general approach,which was used to analyze solid dust particles' wet deposition process around composite insulator with application of CFD software-Fluent,was proposed.

为深入了解绝缘子外部在湿润条件下的积污机理，基于计算流体力学原理CFD建立了求解湿润气象条件下复合绝缘子外部三维两相粘性不可压缩湍流流场的基本控制方程组和尘埃颗粒对流扩散的基本方程，提出应用CFD软件Fluent可对复合绝缘子表面固体尘埃颗粒湿沉降过程进行动态模拟的一般方法。

Seven polyimides were synthesized and their films were uniaxially stretched to observe the variation in their in-plane birefringence. The creep method of DMA was used instead in stretching the PI films. The preload force and isothermal temperature were the two controlled factors that were chosen on the basis of the lowest stretchable force and lowest temperature for each PI structure. The elongation ratio of a PI film was then decided by the stretching time.

在此是以DMA 的另一种试片拉伸方式-Creep模式，来取代之前的Stress Relaxation模式对PI薄膜试片进行拉伸实验，Creep模式是以最低的拉伸力量及最低的拉伸温度的前提下，选择Pre-load Force与Isothermal Temperature这二项为拉伸控制因素，在此状态下的PI薄膜拉伸比是取决於其拉伸的时间，此种拉伸模式将可得到较高的拉伸比，而高的拉伸比是获取较高薄膜双折射率的必要条件。

The results showed that the addition leading to -2-phenyl-2-(2-vinylpiperidin-1-yl) ethanol 7 could proceed with good diastereoselectivity and excellent yield (95%).(3) The selective N-deprotection of -2-phenyl-2-(2-vinylpiperidin-1-yl) ethanol 2 without affecting the vinyl group in the substrate were untaken.(4) The Zip reaction for the transformation of -1-(3-aminopropyl)-3-methylazecan-2-one 8 to -7-Methyl-1, Sdiaza-cyclotetradecan-6-one 9 were undertaken. The results showed that, under controlled conditions, acceptable yields (43%) could be achieved and racemization can be minimized during the ring expansion reaction.

该合成路线与文献方法相比，反应条件较温和，也缩短了反应时间；(2)哌啶衍生物2与乙烯基格氏试剂进行加成反应的条件和立体选择性，取得了较好的结果（差向异构体比为80：20，产率95％左右）；(3)不饱和哌啶衍生物7在不影响碳碳双键的情况下去除苯基甘氨醇手性辅助基的条件；(4)具有羰基α位手性的氨基酰胺8在不同条件下经Zip重排反应转变为9的反应，控制反应条件，可使反应中消旋化减小到最小的程度。
