To investigate the mechanisms of biohydrogen production by anerobic fermentation of solid organic waste, gas chromatography is used to analysis the biogas and volatile fatty acid in anaerobic bio-reactor. Firstly, the ability of hydrogen production by digested sludge from the West Lake, Enteobacter aerogences, digested sludge from sewage farm, the fluid of methane pool and dejecta have been studied. The rule of the ability of hydrogen production by different bacteria under different control condition. Simultaneity, the importance of the synergistic effect on hydrogen production has been proved.

本文首先选用西湖底的厌氧活性污泥、产气肠杆菌、污水处理厂的淤泥、沼气池发酵液以及猪粪等不同菌群对废弃食物——马铃薯进行厌氧发酵产氢特性实验研究，得到马铃薯在各不同菌群及工况下的发酵产氢能力，同时发现产氢菌间的协同作用很重要，在控制好发酵条件的情况下，产氢菌群发酵通常会好于单一产氢菌的发酵。

When the learning control systems don't satisfy the convergence condition, we present the learning control method satisfying the condition by constructing a stable and attractive manifold corresponding system. This method makes the system with better robustness.

第三章主要研究了一类退化系统目标跟踪的迭代学习控制的吸引流形方法，在系统不满足一般收敛条件的情况下，我们通过构造一个相应于所给系统稳定而吸引的流形，导出所满足要求的迭代学习控制，该方法对系统有较好的鲁棒性。

Based on the unique characteristics of the Yellow River and previous research on its ecological water requirement, the present paper recommends that the water requirement for transport in the flood season and base ecological flow in non-flood season should be both included in the ecological water requirement. The water requirement for transport is 80 × 108-120 × 108 m3 per year if the bankfull discharge carries the largest sediment and contaminant load over a long period of time. The base ecological flows in non-flood season at Huayuankou and Lijin stations are 80 × 108-100×108 m3 and 50 × 108-60 × 108 m3, respectively.

通过分析黄河下游1958～2000年实测生态可用水，探讨生态需水量内涵，根据黄河特殊性及黄河生态需水量的研究现状，将维持和保护河流功能的黄河下游生态需水量分为汛期输运水量和非汛期生态基流量，在平滩流量输运能力最强的前提下，估算黄河下游汛期输运水量为80～120亿m3，根据实测资料估算作为黄河下游水量控制断面花园口水文站和作为河口地区水量控制断面利津水文站的非汛期生态基分别为80～100亿m3和50～60亿m3。
