To the schoduling problems arised in FMS, we develop an extended approximate Brownian network model for the multistation inulticlass queueing with general service time distribution, unreliable stations and finite buffers under balanced heavy loading conditions.

本文针对FMS的调度问题，考虑到多台机器、机器不可靠及缓冲库容量有限等特点，在满负载平衡的条件下，建立了一种近似的布朗网络模型，然后基于求解这个模型的最优控制问题而得到的最优队长和最优空闲时间，提出了一种最优控制策略，包括排序策略和输入控制策略，因为不涉及随机变量的分布类型，所以本文的方法适用于一般的FMS。

The vertex within control mesh of fitting subdivision surface was located by iterative modification and local adaptive subdivision. This method makes it feasible to avoid the solution of linear equation system. The size of control mesh, which is corresponding to the fitting Loop subdivision surface, is smaller. The surface is reconstructed according to the given precision. It can represent detail characteristics of original model, and is piecewise smooth (C^2 continuous everywhere except at extraordinary vertices where they are C^1 continuous).
