Soil invertebrates play roles as soil engineers and as a driving force in nutrient cycling by fragmenting and ingesting litter material and interacting with the microorganisms that decompose and mineralize the detritus, which are essential processes in an ecosystem.

森林土壤动物中许多种类是以分解者或转化者的身份存在的，它们通过对凋落物的粉碎以及与微生物共同作用对森林凋落物及土壤中的团粒体进行分解来促进系统养分循环，这一生物过程在森林生态系统中发挥着不可替代的作用。

This review focused on the transformation of SOC by three typical soil-feeding macrofauna, termite (Isoptera: Termitidae), rose beetle larva (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) and earthworm (Oligochaeta: Lumbricidae), using 14C isotope tracer technique. The microbial activities related to the transformation processes are also discussed.

本文综述了3种典型土食性大型土壤动物，白蚁(Isoptera： Termitidae)、甲虫幼虫(Coleoptera： Scarabaeidae)和蚯蚓(Oligochaeta： Lumbricidae)，对土壤稳态有机C降解转化的14^C示踪研究结果及相关的微生物作用。

The purpose of this study is to reveal the change characteristics of biological properties of sandy soil and its development trend under the establishment of C. microphylla plantations in flowing sand dune. With semi-moving sand dune and natural community as controls, the activities of phosphomonoesterase, saccharase, protease, urease, dehydrogenase and the Contents of microbial biomass C, N, P of the soil in an age sequence (5-, 10-, 22-year) of C.
