In this paper, we took Jiangsu Province, which consists of northern, central and southern parts, as the study area, and extracted land use conversion matrix tables of the three parts based on land use data of Jiangsu Province during four different periods (1985,1995,2000 and 2005). Accordingly, we analyzed the regional differences of land use and the driving mechanism of land use change in light of data on population, urbanization, adjustment of agricultural structure and policy.

本文利用4个时相(1985年、1995、2000年和2005年)的遥感数据，提取了江苏省三大区域的土地利用变化转换矩阵表，分析了江苏省的土地利用区域差异，并进行人口、城市化、农业结构调整因子、政策对土地利用差异的驱动机制分析。

In this paper, I establish a set of updating the basic land-use map technology and flow after I go deep into studying the methods of updating the basic land-use map based on 3S technology. It is very important point that I bring forward some methods of change information automatic detected founding on land-use map unit, cross correlation analysis with multispectral image and object-oriented classification aiming at difference data and difficult identifying change information problems.

本文在深入研究了基于3S技术更新土地利用图件的方法基础上，从实用化的角度出发，建立了一套利用3S技术更新土地利用基础图件的技术流程与方法，并针对不同的数据情况和变化信息自动提取等问题提出了基于土地利用图斑单元的知识库变化信息自动发现方法、多波段遥感影像交叉相关分析变化识别方法及面向对象的遥感影像分类变化检测方法。

At present, however, the Government in this regard is very weak, and the specific problems: First, land use planning behind the reality of the development of land resources survey of the status quo is not clear; Second, land-use planning and urban master planning a lack of effective convergence, often contradictions and conflict, especially large cities, but also the preparation of regional planning, the current work in this area has not carried out; Third, land-use plans and the actual occurrence of the final match of poor demand for land, planning the actual situation can only cover 30 % targeted and guidance very poor.

但是，目前政府在这方面非常薄弱，和的具体问题：首先，土地利用规划的现实背后的发展，土地资源调查的现状是不明确；其次，土地利用规划和城市总体规划缺乏有效的收敛性，往往矛盾和冲突，特别是大城市，而且还编制区域规划，目前在这一领域的工作没有进行；第三，土地使用计划和实际发生的最后一场比赛穷人对土地的需求，规划的实际情况只能满足30 ％的目标和指导很差。

Based on the water resources survey of Shanghai in 1999 and the 1:50 000 color infrared aerial photos obtained in early 2000, a case study of the upper Huangpu River was carried out. The exponential method, pair-sample t test, and remote sensing analysis are used to analyze water environmental characteristics and land use pattern in the river network plain. In order to explore response of water quality in the waterhead region to the changes in land use and its driving force, five land use patterns are selected and a new type of exponential is designed.

以黄浦江上游水源地为例，利用1999年上海水资源普查数据及2000年初成像的上海市1：50000彩红外航空像片，采用GIS空间分析技术、灰色关联分析技术，划分土地利用样带，设计水质改善指数，探讨平原河网地区水环境质量对土地利用结构的响应，以及水源水质对土地利用变化驱动力的响应。

摘 要：为了土地的节约集约化利用，解决日益突出的建设用地与保护资源之间的矛盾，促进国民经济进一步发展，采用耕地压力指数等对农村土地利用现状作统计分析，并且计算1991—2006年的耕地利用的综合技术效率，结果表明：耕地压力指数呈下降趋势，土地利用技术效率总体说来变化平稳，呈现缓慢的上升趋势。

The acquirement and expression of knowledge include two aspects: the first is that the spectrum knowledge of each land use type is automatically obtained from old land use map matched and overlain with remote sensing images; the other is that the changing knowledge of land use types are collected and analyzed, and changed into prior knowledge and probability.

二是通过对研究区各土地利用类型变化特点进行分析研究，并从中得到原有各土地利用类型经数年后变成其它类型的可能性及其大小。并将其定量化表达成新遥感图像上各类型的先验性概率。在知识的应用和分类方面，分别对原土地利用各类型所对应的遥感图像进行知识的应用和处理，利用各自可能出现的类型及其各类型的先验性概率进行最大似然法分类。

The change of landuse patterns in 1977-1998 shows indirectly the desertified land had been restored and is being restored. The relationship between landuse patterns and soil types was also analysed in this paper, from 1977 to 1998, the areas of rangeland and mobile sand dunes decreased in most soil types and the areas of woodland, shrubland and farmland increased, which means that the modification of landuse patterns due to limitation of soil types will be helpful to desertification control.

同时土地利用格局的时空变化与土壤类型间关系的分析表明，1977-1998的20余年间，在四种主要土壤类型上各种土地利用类型的变化具有一定的规律性，草牧场和流动沙地的面积基本上呈减小的趋势（分布在风沙土上的草牧场面积除外），而乔木林地，灌木林地和农地面积均为增加的趋势，这说明在土壤类型这一土地自然属性的严重制约下，人们被迫调整其土地利用格局，从而有效地遏制了荒漠化的发生和发展。

On a base of many fact data from Hong jiang city, this article use some scientific analysis way, provides scientific basis for analyzing the mutual relation between town and country' s structure and distribution and intension of land use; for town and country' s rational land distribution; for improving land productivity and land economic value of output; for land protection and a rational land use. The author wish to open up a path for the development of town and country.

本文以洪江市为研究区域，在大量的事实数据的基础上，运用了灰色系统法、回归分析法、经济相关法、综合分析法等科学分析手段，对该区域的城乡用地结构及布局与土地集约利用的相互关系，分析和处理好其相互制约性和促进性，为现在的城乡发展中的用地结构比例，城乡用地的合理布局、分区，土地生产率和经济产值的提高，耕地保护以及土地利用规划中土地的合理利用提供科学的依据和方法，并希望能为我国城乡发展规律开拓出一条正确、合理的道路。

So,on the basis of some collection of land-use evidences,the author made some research work of land-use dynamic change for this area,and expected that the land-administration of Chengtu can find out some useful information from them.

基于此，笔者收集了该区土地利用的有关资料，对本区的土地利用动态变化进行分析研究，以期成都市土地管理有关部门能从中了解该区土地利用的变化情况。
