5As for creep of the marine soft soil, the micro-mechanism of one-dimension creep is proposed: Under slight load, the initial bone strength and rank will be destroyed, while, as the time advances, deformation increases, void ratio decreases and inner particles move, bonding among particles become tight and the structure changes, and then the restitute of the old structural damage exceeds the new one. Consequently, creep will trend towards decelerate steady state ultimately.

揭示了软土一维蠕变的微观机理：当土样受荷较小时，尽管土样初始结构要受到影响，某些颗粒连结强度、胶结性、定向排列性遭到破坏，但随着时间的增长，变形增大，孔隙比减小，土体内部颗粒发生位移，使得某些颗粒结构间的联结更紧，胶结因而逐渐恢复，定向排列性亦略有回升，从而使得结构缺陷的愈合超过胶结的破坏和新缺陷的形成，蠕变最后趋于减速稳定状态。

Its construction process are: obligate jack hole in the caisson, jacked the prefabricate rootstalkinto the soil after the caisson sank to the design elevation, assuring that the rootstalks are fixed with the caisson then a root-simulated foundation is completed. The load capacity of ambient soil is greatly activated because of the penetration, compression and stress pervasion of the jacked rootstalk.

为此，安徽省高速公路总公司根式基础课题组提出一种全新的基础形式——根式基础，并申请了国家专利，它是采用沉井预留顶推孔，待沉井下沉到设计标高后在土层中顶推预制的根键，在保证根键与沉井的固结后形成一种仿生基础，由于顶推根键的挤密和应力扩散作用充分调动了基础周边土体的承载潜力，使得基础底部得以"卸载"，其承载力得以大大提高。

In order to empolder ocean resources and instruct engineering construction, this thesis synthetically analyzed regional geology, terrain, deposit sediments, hydrology, and sediments of coral reefs, have systemically studied the mechanical characteristics of calcareous sand and coral reef through indoor tests. 1. Many factors including regional engineering geology environment, hydrodynamic environment, terrain, physiognomy have been studied to evaluate their influence to coral reef engineering. It's considered that atoll reefs and table reefs are suitable for engineering construction and the reef flat on atolls is most perfect.

为了开发海洋资源，指导珊瑚礁工程建设，本文综合分析了南沙群岛区域工程地质特征、珊瑚礁地形地貌、海洋水动力环境、沉积物特征等资料，从工程地质角度对珊瑚礁各地貌单元的工程适宜性进行了评价，对礁灰岩和钙质砂进行了室内试验分析，主要研究内容和结论如下： 1、分析了珊瑚礁的区域工程地质环境、海洋水动力条件、地形地貌特征、岩土体条件等因素对岛礁工程建设的影响，对珊瑚礁的礁体类型进行了划分，结论认为可干出的环礁和台礁比较适合各类工程建设，其中环礁的礁坪是理想的工程建设场所。
