Abstract］ Background and purpose:The imaging of the skull base is challenging in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, through studying visualization and the appearance of foramen ovale,foramen rotundum,foramen spinosum,hypoglossal canal and nerve which can be identified on registration of CT and MRI for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, in order to define the target volume of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in radiotherapy planning.

为明确MRI对鼻咽癌颅底区域靶区显示的情况，分析无颅神经侵犯鼻咽癌患者的CT、MRI，比较圆孔、卵圆孔、棘孔、舌下神经管及舌下神经CT、MRI的显示情况和影像表现，探讨圆孔、卵圆孔及棘孔、舌下神经管及舌下神经在鼻咽癌放射治疗靶区勾画的意义。

An analysis revealed very significant positive correlation between trophozoite area and nucleus area (r=0.54, P .01), trophozoite volume and nucleus volume(r=0.47, P .01), and negative correlation between trophozoite area and trophozoite roundness (r=-0.29, P .01), no significant correlation between nucleus roundness and trophozoite roundness.

ELISA method was used for comparison. Results The positive rate of DIGFA in testing the serum from 50 infected rats was 96.0%(48/50). The negative rate of DIGFA in healthy rats was 100%(50/50). Cross reaction with Enteroclysis (13 samples) and Tapeworm (11 sqamples) was not observed. The cross reaction rate in 18 Strongyloidiasis rats was 5.6%. The sensitivity and specificity of DIGFA is comparable with ELISA (96.7%).

结果 用DIGFA检测广州管圆线虫实验感染鼠血清50份，其阳性检出率为96.0%，50份正常鼠血清的阴性符合率达100%，DIGFA分别检测蛲虫阳性鼠血清13份，绦虫阳性鼠血清11份和粪类圆线虫阳性鼠血清18份，前二者均为阴性，后者交叉反应率为5.6%；DIGFA与ELISA平行检测30份广州管圆线虫阳性鼠血清，两法符合率达96.7%。

RESULTS: On day 2 after PH, oval cells began to proliferate around the portal area, and matrilin-2 deposition was observed in the hepatic sinusoids in the periportal area. On day 9, proliferating oval cells were present in the hepatic acini, and matrilin-2 upregulation was noted. On day 12, as oval cells differentiated to form hepatocellular nodules, matrilin-2 was distributed mainly in the periphery of the nodules, and little protein was present in the nodules.

结果： 肝脏部分切除术(partial hepatectomy， PH)后第2天，卵圆细胞开始向门静脉周围区域增殖， Matrilin-2主要出现在门静脉周围的肝窦状隙内；术后第9天，卵圆细胞进一步向肝实质内增殖， Matrilin-2表达增加；术后第12天，随着卵圆细胞分化为小肝细胞结节，大多数Matrilin-2位于结节周边，少数出现在结节内。
