The Alum Control System is made up of hardware and software, and the software consists of image collecting and processing.

本系统分软件和硬件两大部分，本文着重研究了系统的软件部分：图像采集和图像处理，其中又重点研究了图像处理部分。

This thesis discusses the realization of the picture processing function of later phase in the process of PACS development. Basing on traditional digital image processing and according to the characters of medical images, we design the Mark Boff Chain edge detection algorithm basing on the distributing model of image grade scene, and has got good effect in the practical experiments; as to the system development, we design customizable DICOM standard analyzer, and use the trigger mechanism Callback to improve the analysis speed ,and adopt the system structure basing on the standard interface to reduce the modules coupling degree, and strengthen the stability of the system.

本文在PACS系统开发过程中，对其影像后期处理功能的实现进行了探索，在传统数字图像处理的基础上，根据医学图像自身所具有特点，设计出了基于图像梯度场分布模型的马尔可夫链边缘检测算法，并在实际测试中取得较好效果；在系统开发方面，设计出了可定制化的DICOM标准解析器，应用CallBack触发机制来提高解析速度，采用基于标准接口的系统架构体系降低了组件耦合度，增强了系统的稳定性。

Based on summarizing modern watermarking techniques, the appearance, application, Watermark system principle, classifications and attacks are outlined in this paper. According to the fundamental principles of the information theory, and digital image processing, and chromatology, this thesis studies the theory and applications of the color image watermarking processing.

由于大多数现有技术考虑灰度图像、无意义水印，根据信息隐藏与数字水印技术、数字图像处理和色彩论的基本原理，本文主要研究了彩色图像的有意义水印的处理。

针对以上第二种现象步骤一、克隆操作系统是将摄像头驱动默认存放在C：\Windows\Driver\Camera\301P文件夹下面，当你点击新的摄像头驱动光盘安装时，系统不会提示已经存在有摄像头驱动并把此驱动卸载，请把这个文件夹找到并删除掉；步骤二、先安装新的摄像头驱动，再插上摄像头装载硬件，安装完成后重新启动电脑后可以正常使用；步骤三、不需重复以上两个步骤，直接点击新的光盘安装最新的驱动，插上摄像头后系统检测到新硬件，并自动完成硬件驱动装载；步骤四、进入到设备管理器中，，可以看到图像处理设备已经成功安装，但当你打开"AMCAP"预览图像时会出现无法预览、白屏、黑屏现象；步骤五、把鼠标右键放在图像处理设备的"Vimicro USB PC Camera（ZC0301PL）"更新驱动程序，出现对话框后选择"从列表或指定为位置安装步骤六选择下一步后选择"不要搜索"，进入"从软盘安装界面。

There are three main methods in face localization: localization according to face outline, localization according to complexion and localization according to templates constructed by some standard sample images. As to feature extraction, it can be divided into two parts because face features can be divided into geometrical features and algebraic features. While extracting geometrical features, the features of eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows can be gained by some image processes: binary, sharpen, smooth, projection, calculating gradient and so on. In order to extract algebraic features, we can do some mathematical transformation for the digital images such as singular value decomposition, K-L transformation.

在人脸检测部分，目前存在的方法有利用人脸的几何轮廓进行检测、利用人脸的肤色信息进行检测、构造标准人脸模板进行匹配检测等等；在人脸特征提取部分，可以用一些图像处理的方法如投影、二值化、求梯度图像等提取人脸中各特征器官如眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴等的几何特征，另外也可以借助于数学变换，求取人脸图像的一些代数特征，如对图像进行奇异值分解，以奇异值代表图象的特征，或对图像进行K-L变换，以图像在构造的特征空间上的投影系数作为图像的特征等；在识别部分，可以通过距离度量或相似度来判断输入图像与样本图像的匹配程度，还可以通过神经网络方法进行人脸的识别。

At last, it mostly introduces the compress technique based on the wedgelet, andcompares the CART model which is introduced by Donoho and the improved modelby Romberg et.al. with the model of the article, then compares the image ofprocessing based on the three methods.

然后，介绍了图像分割理论和常用的分割技术，图像分割的目的是划分出感兴趣的图像区域，进行相应的图像处理，减少运算时间和节省存储空间；最后，主要介绍了基于伸长小波压缩的技术，将目前主要的算法----Donoho提出的CART模型和Romberg等人基于此的改进模型，与本文所提出的算法模型进行了比较，并对三种方法处理的效果图作了详细的比较。
