This article has first designed the hardware of the examination system, chose the appropriate hardware system according to the special production environment and the technics requirement of the Steaming stereotypia. Owing to production line work condition very severe, the temperature and pressure of the air is high, moreover included many corrosive chemical substance, the general industry camera was unable to work in this condition, so it must indirectly obtain a wiredrawing position image through the special lens, then transmitted to the CCD camera by the optical fiber. Transmit the image information to the PC system through the data-acquisition board. analysis the image information by the image-processing software, again send analysis result to the controller.

本文首先对检测系统进行了硬件设计，根据汽蒸定型的特殊生产环境和工艺要求选择了合适的硬件系统，由于生产线的作业条件非常恶劣，空气高温高压，而且含有许多腐蚀性的化学物质，一般的工业摄像机无法工作，只能通过特种镜头间接获得拉丝点位置的图像，然后通过光纤传送到CCD摄像机，拍摄到的图像信息通过图像采集卡传输到PC系统，由图像处理程序对图像信息进行分析，再给控制器输出分析结果。
