通过高脂饲料建立兔AS模型，测定体重及血脂成分的改变；取其主动脉壁，石蜡包埋制成切片，采用HE、免疫组化及原位杂交法染色，光镜观察AS病变，并应用CMIAS真彩色医学图像分析系统，检测Ⅰ型胶原mRNA及其蛋白、NF-κBmRNA及其蛋白、VCAM-1及CD36蛋白表达定量A值，与对照组进行比较。
