The surgery consisted of one-stage posterior transpedicular eggshell technique, and then expanded the eggshell to the adjacent intervertebra including apex vertebra and both cephal and caudal wedge vertebra combined with their posterior elements, after completion of the VCR, instruments were added to achieve temporary stability.

均采用单纯后路扩大&蛋壳&技术切除侧后凸顶椎（包括顶椎邻近的头尾侧楔变的脊椎），截骨节段上下方各应用2~3对椎弓根螺钉固定，通过器械加压矫形关闭切除后形成的间隙观察手术前后侧后凸的矫正率、术中脊柱短缩、术后站立位身高变化及术后整体平衡情况。。

There were 31 lumbar isthmic spondylolisthesis cases were treated by granule cancellous bone grafting and vertebral pedicle screw fixation. All of 31 cases were evaluated by standard of Hou Shu-xun and fusion rate after operation.

This paper focuses on the stability study of Rhizopus oryzae IFO4697 when used for the methanolysis of renewable oils for biodiesel production. The results showed that water content was important for achieving high catalytic activity and good stability of the biocatalyst. The optimum water content was found to be 5%-15%. Both particle size and desiccation methods showed no obvious effect on the stability of the biocatalyst. With GA cross-linking pretreatment, the stability of the biocatalyst could be improved significantly. When Rhizopus oryzae IFO4697 repeatedly used for next batch reaction, direct vacuum filtration was found to be a good way for the maintenance of good stability of the biocatalyst.

本实验对固定化全细胞Rhizopus oryzae IFO4697催化植物油脂合成生物柴油的稳定性进行了系统地研究，结果表明：反应体系水含量对于全细胞催化剂的反应活性和催化稳定性有重要影响， 5%~15%含水量适宜；研究范围内，载体粒度及干燥方式对稳定性影响不显著；经过戊二醛交联后，全细胞催化油脂甲醇解反应的稳定性显著提高， 1200 h反应后，仍然可以保持75%的生物柴油得率；真空抽滤直接回用的方式有利于稳定性的保持。

RESULT ①Two different ITS2 sequences (GenBank accession number: AF416783, AF416784) and D3 sequences (AF416782, AF415594), named as An. minimus A and An. minimus C, were detected in this study. They differed by 5. 8％ in the ITS2 region with 22 fixed nucleotide substitutions and indels, and by 1. 5％ in D3 gene with 5 site mutations. There exists individual variation in the COII gene, but this variation is less than that among other members of Myzomyia Series such as An.

结果 ①分别发现两种不同的ITS2序列（GeneBank登录号：AF416783，AF416784）和D3序列（GeneBank登录号：AF416782，AF425594），与微小按蚊A和C同源。A、C两者ITS2序列22个固定位点存在碱基置换和插入／缺失，序列差异为4.8％；D3基因存在5个固定点突变，突变率1.5％。mtDNA-COII基因存在个体差异，但远小于同系其它成员如乌头按蚊、杰普尔按蚊间的变异。

Methods: Twenty coronary arteries from eight perfusion-fixed autopsy heart were dissected, straightened and scanned by UFCT. Then each coronary artery was divieded into ocrresponding segments, representative histological 3 mm sections were stained with Orcein. Atherosclerotic area(mm2) and luminal narrow per segment were quantified on Leica Imaging System.

（1）Bullae of lung ruptured spontaneous pneumothorax is the best indication for VATS,which has the advantages of less trauma and ache,short operation time,quick recovery and small incision;（2）Recurrent unilateral spontaneous pneumothorax with contineous air leakage of 7 days after closed thoracic drainage,bilateral spontaneous pneumothorax should be treated by VATS;（3）Spontaneous pneumothorax with pleura adhesion can be treated by pneumonolysis and bullae of lung excision under thoracoscopy assisted small incision operation.

疗效满意。结论：（1）肺大泡破裂自发性气胸是胸腔镜手术最佳的适应证，与传统开胸手术相比，胸腔镜手术具有患者创伤小，手术时间短，术后疼痛轻，康复快，符合美容要求等特点；（2）反复发作的单侧自发性气胸，行胸腔闭式引流术后持续漏气7d，双侧自发性气胸，不论是否同时发作都可考虑胸腔镜手术治疗；（3）自发性气胸并胸膜粘连可用胸腔镜辅助小切口行粘连松解肺大泡切除术；（4）为减少一次性材料的消耗，降低手术成本，可辅助小切口使用常规胸科手术器械完成手术；（5）为减少术后复发率需行胸膜固定术。
